This house is truly a beauty inside and out! The giant sprawling ceilings and the natural light gives this house a truly homey feel.
Enter into a large mudroom where you can strip down and out of all of your VT bundles. Ditch the boots, ski bags, coats, biking gear, etc. and head up the steps to the fully open living, dining and kitchen space. I haven`t met a person yet who has rounded the top of those steps (in the daytime) and said `WOAH!` All of the windows in the home have just been replaced (2024) and the view to the backyard and private pond is a showstopper. On this main floor you will also have a HUGE bathroom with an indoor jet tub overlooking the deck and gazebo. This floor also has the W/D.
Around your house you have over 7 acres of land and the backyard makes the perfect playground year round. In the spring, summer and fall, explore the woods, go on walks, take a dip in the pond! In the winter, you have a wonderful sledding hill and plenty of space to build a whole snowman army!
The cross-country ski trails are just a few hundred yards down the road and provide hours of hiking and skiing fun year round.
This house easily sleeps 8. 10 people if you`d like to bring an air mattress. All of your bedrooms are on the upper level of this home. You have a gigantic master suite that sleeps 4. There`s a queen bed and daybed & trundle. There`s an adjoining bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom as well. Another queen bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The 3rd bedroom is the twin bunk room. These are noted as 2 twin beds purely b/c of the way VRBO makes me list things. But, it`s 1 set of bunk beds in this room.
On this upper level you also have your library and office. Again, this room is just flooded with natural light making it an ideal place to work; if you must.
There are keyless locks on the doors and you will receive your code the day of check-in.
Unless there`s an emergency you won`t need to see us. If you need us, you can reach us on the app by phone or by text.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED and exceptions can not be granted on this.

2. 10pm – 7am – STRICT quiet hours
3. Sunset to sunrise – subject to Peru noise ordinance – civil penalty for excess noise during these hours
4. PLEASE NOTE - the town of Peru has a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints. Noise will result in police being called to the location and guests will run the risk of being asked to vacate the property, immediately. Guests are also at risk of civil charges for noise complaints.
We try to be as pet friendly as possible across all our properties. To be able to continue to do so we ask that you please respect the property, house and future guests. Please clean up after your fur babies and, should anything happen or if something gets soiled or damaged (we understand, things happen) please let us know right away so that we can address it appropriately.
Should our cleaners have to clean up excessive pet mess inside or outside you may be subject to a fee to cover their time.
