THE SPACE
Living Area: inside we find a bright and spacious open-plan Living Area with panoramic views, equipped with large windows and direct access to the private garden, a large table for eight people, a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a 75" Ultra HD 4k smart TV with Netflix, YouTube.

It is directly connected to the Kitchen, also spacious and functional, equipped with: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, complete set of utensils, juicer and kettle.

Night area: you will find, three cosy and spacious rooms with just the right amount of privacy, two of which have a Queen Size double bed, and the other with two single beds (all with Memory Foam mattresses for quality rest). Both double rooms have a 43" and 32" Smart Tv Ultra HD 4k respectively. One of the double rooms has a private bathroom, while the other two rooms share a bathroom.

Bathrooms: Both offer a walk-in wardrobe, a walk-in shower, complete sanitary facilities, BIO toiletries and a hairdryer.
In addition, there is a spacious laundry room in the flat, with a washing machine, drying racks, table and iron.

Garden: it is extremely well-kept and equipped with sun loungers to enjoy relaxing moments and admire the landscape and sunsets.

GUEST ACCESS
Full access to the whole house (of the ground floor), for a maximum of 8 guests.

The Guest upon arrival will find a small ramp with a gate that will be opened remotely by the Host (who must be notified upon arrival via chat).

Upon entering he will find the private parking area, the garden and the entrance door of the house on the right, where next to it there is a security box (with a 4-digit code), with inside the keys to access the facility, the code will be sent via chat from the Host to the Guest during check-in.

It will be possible for the Guest to enter the house completely independently thanks to a simple self check-in system.

Car rental: to get around independently, you can rent a car from one of the many companies in Perugia. Keep in mind that there are some restricted traffic zones in the city, so you will have to pay attention to directions.

Minimetrò: is a convenient and fast transport system, ideal for getting around the city without having to deal with traffic and the difficulty of finding parking.

- IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SECRETLY HOST MORE PEOPLE THAN THOSE REGISTERED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND CHECK-IN, OTHERWISE THE RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS THE LAW WILL BE TOTALLY ON THE GUESTS, AND THE PENALTY TO PAY WILL BE: 2000 €.

- IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY, OTHERWISE THE PENALTY TO PAY WILL BE: 200 €.

- IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO LEAVE THE PET ALONE INSIDE THE PROPERTY, OTHERWISE, IF THE PET CAUSES DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, THE GUESTS WILL HAVE TO COMPENSATE THE OWNER FOR ALL THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE PET.

- LOSS OF KEYS WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY TO BE PAID EQUAL TO THE VALUE OF THE KEYS.

CHECK-OUT INFO:

- Upon check-out, guests are required to leave the kitchen area clean (oven, cooker, refrigerator, sink, dishes and cutlery).
