From the moment you arrive, the calming sea views and the sound of the waves set the tone for a laid-back stay. Inside, you’ll find generous, beautifully furnished rooms, filled with light, and made for making memories.



Space to Be Together – And Apart.

Spread over three floors, the house offers a lovely flow between communal living and peaceful bedrooms:

• Ground Floor: Ideal for older guests or those who prefer fewer stairs, with two cosy double bedrooms—one with an en-suite—as well as a separate WC, a modern shower room, and a utility room with laundry facilities.

• Middle Floor: The heart of the house, with an expansive open-plan space where everyone can gather. Sink into the deep sofas, chat over nibbles around the 12-seater dining table, or cook up family favourites in the fully equipped kitchen. This floor also includes a third double bedroom and a sleek additional shower room.

• Top Floor: Two more bedrooms and a WC create a private upstairs retreat—ideal for children or teens to have their own fun, games, or wind-down space.

Throw open the large sliding doors and breathe in the sea air—your private enclosed garden leads straight onto the pebble beach, perfect for paddling, shell collecting, or sitting with a glass of wine as the tide rolls in. Other Things to Note:

"Please note: As part of our booking process, we kindly ask guests to complete our online check-in form provided by a third party web app link. Additionally, we require guests to upload their driver's license information. If you have any concerns regarding these requirements, we kindly request that you refrain from booking with us. Thank you for your understanding."



There is space on the driveway for three large cars and three smaller cars.



Lost keys will be charged at £25.00 per set.

Dirty BBQ's will be charged at £25.00 to clean.



There is also a travel cot but you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot.



Bedroom 2 which is located on the ground floor with an en suit bathroom has a small double bed and no window.



There are two external camera's located one at the front and one at the rear of the property pointing towards the access points for security.



Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests.



While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.



Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.



For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
