The room and hotel were immaculate - no complaints there. I was disappointed that a microwave was not available when I checked in. It would be a great improvement to have a microwave in every room. I have strict dietary needs and appreciate being able to heat up my own food. Also, I was promised one the second day but it never arrived and had to ask again. It was brought too late for me to use much. The other major issue was there were too few handicapped parking spaces out front. I was told there were more out back, which was helpful, but with my mobility issues it was difficult having to move my car. And my room was two long hallways from the elevator on the third floor. I was in terrible pain but couldn’t get a room closer to the elevator. Next time if I stay here, I’ll request a room closer to the elevator. I found the front desk staff to be inconsistent on whether I could get a microwave and other issues, but on the other hand they were also very helpful and understanding when I had to check out early due to an impending snowstorm. The location is great, as my daughter lives very nearby. And the bed was super comfy!
