The stairwell leads to a loft area (the second bedroom) where we have a king bed set up and there is an en-suite full bathroom incorporated into the loft area as well. Ideal for groups of friends & family looking for the go-to central location. But also perfectly suitable for couples looking for a spacious “home away from home” or a romantic break. This is a two bedroom two full bath condo conveniently located right across the street from Thomas Jefferson Hospital and University.

The unit is on the second floor of the building. The first floor features the living room, kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom. The second floor is a loft area that features a king size bed and full bathroom.

NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC. We have zero tolerance for noise disturbances. Violators of our quiet hours will be removed immediately with no refund.

Located steps away from Jefferson Hospital and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping, you cannot beat this midtown / center city location. The cross streets are 10th and Locust. You are steps away from some of the best eating, drinking and shopping in the city. Only two blocks to the subway and public transportation.

After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver.

✖ No excessive noise or loud music after 10 pm

✖ No guests or overnight visitors not listed on your reservation

✖ No shoes in the home
✖ Only flush toilet paper
✔ Keep the home clean and tidy, report any damages or missing items to your host

✔ Comply with all city and building bylaws

✔ No one-night reservations from local residents of the tri-state area

✔ Keep the quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am, this is strictly enforced

✔ Please wear a mask while traveling common areas and while entering and exiting the building.

⚠ $500 fee for removing any or all guests/occupants

⚠ $500 fee for excessive noise

⚠ $500 fee for smoking

⚠ $500 fee for violation of the house rules

⚠ $50/hr fee for unauthorized late check out every hour past your check out time

⚠ $50/person fee for people in the unit that is not on the reservation, and for each person in the unit past the number of guests booked

All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or through your booking site.
