The Space:
Gorgeous, sunny and stylish 2-bedroom in the best neighborhood in the city. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, windows ... The entire space is bright and lovely and thoughtfully decorated, with West Elm furniture, high-end linens and brand new beds. There's a beautiful spacious and comfortable deck, a washer/dryer, a flatscreen TV with streaming channels.

The apartment also offers a dedicated workspace if you're working from home, with fast and reliable wifi. The kitchen is sunny, spacious and stocked with everything you need to make great meals -- and you're also a ten minute walk from Rittenhouse Square, the heart of the city, where fantastic restaurants and cafes abound. Even closer are excellent restaurants (I'll give you my recommendations at check-in) -- and Ultimo, the best coffee in the city, is only a few blocks away. You're also walking distance to many parks, 3 playgrounds within a couple blocks and the Schyulkill River (perfect for runs and people-watching).

One of the things I love most about this apartment is how central it is to everything, while still being on a quiet, friendly, tree-lined street. It has a walkscore of 95, and easy self check-in.
