This amazing property offers incredible hilltop views and an entertainers dream, the entire downstairs is for entertaining, two 16 foot pocket doors open to the incredible backyard deck and salt water infinity pool. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, a sofa sleeper and two air mattresses. At nearly 6,000 square feet there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The 5 bathrooms are equipped with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. There are 2 additional spaces—a living room with a futon and the loft with a sofa bed. A great place to gather the entire family with plenty of room for everyone.

PET POLICY
No additional charge for pets, but guests will be charged an extra fee if cleaners charge an additional fee for pet related cleaning or there is pet damage.

POOL HEATING
Guests can request to have the pool heated during their stay. If pool heat is desired it will be heated for the entire length or the stay. The decision to use pool heat does not have to be decided at time of booking, it can be decided any time prior to guest arrival (with at least 3 days advance notice).

The pool will be heated to 85 degrees.
This is a large pool. It is very expense to heat.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
