This home has an electric pool heater. Heaters take a minimum 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Electric pool heaters are able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees depending on the temperatures outside.

NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. There are also a camera covering the side gate and driveway. There are no interior cameras.

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.

Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community. The reservation will only be confirmed once the screening is successfully completed.
