It`s a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 1,585 square foot house that is centrally located in north Tempe / south Scottsdale just minutes from both Sky Harbor airport and Old Town Scottsdale. This newly furnished listing features high-end furniture & furnishings, a 2-in-1 pool & hot tub, a 3-hole putting green, 2 outdoor televisions & an air conditioned game room.

* LOCATION *
Time to kick the feet up, sit back and enjoy some much needed FUN IN THE SUN. If you`re looking for a property that`s close to everything then look no further. This newly listed property sits 1 mile due west of Scottsdale Road and 3 blocks north of College Avenue. You are less than a 10 minute Uber ride from Sky Harbor International Airport, 15 minutes south of Scottsdale`s Entertainment District in Old Town and a walk across the street to the highly acclaimed Papago Buttes. Everything you need will be at your fingertips; shopping, restaurants, hiking, golfing, grocery stores...you name it.

There are 2 master suites located on opposite sides of the house; 1 is equipped with King size mattress and the other is a Queen. The other two bedrooms feature a set of matching ladder bunks with a twin over full mattress setup. Every bedroom is furnished with a mounted 55 inch LED LG Smart TV offering guests complementary Live Streaming YouTubeTV. Each bed is dressed with premium cotton sheets, ultra plush pillows, modern design coverlets, with hand selected throws.

* BACKYARD & GAME ROOM *
The backyard features a completely remodeled heated pool with brand new cream colored Pebble Sheen with dark blue acrylic tile, a 2-in-1 corner edge 6 seater hot tub, two wall mounted 55 inch LED LG Smart TV`s, 4 luxury pool loungers with umbrella, a 3-hole light-up putting green with glow in the dark golf balls, LED illuminating Corn Hole, a dining and lounge area that seats 8+ guests comfortably, a 3-burner Weber grill, and 50+ feet of shatterproof color changing wall perimeter Cafe Lights.

If you think that`s impressive then just wait until your kids head inside to the garage. The garage / Game Room is equipped with an 18K BTU Della AC Mini Split system which will keep the garage nice and cool year-round. The Game Room features 3 standup arcades; Mortal Kombat, Pac-Man, and NBA James. There is also a professional grade light-up shuffle board table that allows guests to choose from Shuffle Board or Bowling. Complementary putters (x4), LED hole lights (x3) and color changing golf balls (x12) are also provided.

This home is all yours. All guests and vacation renters will have complete access to the rental property. All we ask is that you please keep out of the Owners Closet located in the bedroom hallway.

This vacation rental is nestled in to a quiet little pocket in north Tempe / South Scottsdale just 1 mile west of Scottsdale Road and 3 blocks north of E. McKellips Road. Be sure you make time to visit Papago Park and the gorgeous greenbelt located just west of the rental property.

Ride share from Uber or Lyft is all you will need. You will be anywhere and everywhere you want to be within just 10 - 15 minutes due to this rentals central location. You are no more than a 15 minute Uber ride directly north up Rural/Scottsdale Road into Scottsdale to some of the hottest spots such as: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale`s Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Old Town Scottsdale`s Shopping District, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, Top Golf and so much more.

* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $75 per day from October through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees.

* POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER: Electric heat pumps are designed to function efficiently when the ambient outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. However, when the temperature drops below this threshold, the heat pumps automatically shut off to conserve energy and prevent overheating. As soon as the temperature rises above 50 degrees, the system will resume heating the pool to the desired temperature of 80-82 degrees, working continuously to maintain comfort for our guests.

* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age, and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY WARNING: Per Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, Chapter 16, Section 1681, please be aware that there is NO pool fence or barrier around the pool or hot tub at this property. However, for added safety, we have installed audible alarm systems on all windows, doors, sliding doors, and other access points leading to the pool area. These alarms are designed to alert you whenever a pool access point is opened.

Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should never be left unattended in or near the pool or hot tub area. Swimming and/or playing in or around water involves inherent risk, and by choosing to use these facilities, guests expressly assume all responsibility and liability for their own safety, as well as for the safety of any children or individuals under their supervision.

Ranallo Real Estate nor its property managers bear any responsibility or liability for ANY problems, issues, injuries, or casualties sustained on the premises. Please be respectful of the neighbors by not having any large gatherings in the backyard past 12 AM (midnight). Any violation received by Tempe PD, the booking AirBnB guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.

* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $75 per day from October through April. Pre-Thanksgiving Family Getaway

We had an amazing time! Clean, well-kept, and located a short drive to a plethora of options~food, museums, hiking.. The few questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. We definitely hope to come back!
