This home has it all! Heated pool and spa, indoor and outdoor games including ping pong, pool table, poker table, arcade game, cornhole, electronic darts and a separate game room. The primary suite is big enough for the whole family! There are 9 TVs between 58"-86" with direct TV streaming available inside and out. The huge backyard includes dining and casual seating, a built in grill, bar, pavers, artificial turf for playing cornhole, ping pong or relaxing in the sun. There is a walkout deck upstairs with additional seating and views. Come have fun in the sun!

40x40 shade sail over the pool from Mid May - late Sept to beat the summer heat. Your enjoyment and memories are our primary focus. Pool and spa heating provided upon request. EST Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 13. We had one infant, one toddler, Three 5 year olds and 8 adults. Each of our adult children had their own bathroom space for their families. It was a quiet neighborhood. The house had every amenity imaginable, even a blow up jump house for the kids. All of our kids said that it was the most relaxing vacation we have taken together because there was space for everyone and something for everyone to do and enjoy. We rarely left the house. The pool and spa were clean. The house was well Maintained and there weren’t broken features. I highly recommend this house. If we go back to the Phoenix area we will definitely return to this house!

Phoenix 2025

This property was great! Rob and his wife have really set up a great property that was fun for our family and people of all ages. We spent so much time in the pool and backyard. pickle ball courts hanging out in the family room. It really was very easy very comfortable. We never felt crowded. And there was always something to do. our group included three separate families, totaling six adults, two teenagers, two tweens and a couple little ones. The house was fully stacked. The kitchen was great with all the necessary things to prepare a few meals. We cooked out on the grill and just hung out and had a great time. Thank you the Ruble family.

Fantastic stay!

Perfect location close to the stadium, Top Golf, entertainment and good access to the rest of the Valley. House was big enough for 3 families to have their own space yet still feel together. Backyard is perfect. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and bounce house. Adults loved the pickle ball court and outdoor grill. Hosts were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process with prompt responses every time we had a question. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be booking again in the future.

Family vacation in February

We had family coming and going throughout the month of February. The house had everything we could possibly need during our stay and everyone enjoyed the pool, spa and fun amenities in the yard and game room. Rob was always very responsive. Everyone felt very at home in this house and felt sad when it was time to leave.

Relaxing retreat!

We needed a home to accommodate our large group and this placed delivered! When our plans to utilize all the awesome outdoor activities were derailed by bad weather, we were still able to enjoy our time together using the great room and the game room. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with a shower drain and took care of it quickly. The only inconvenience was not being able to control the spa heating/jets ourselves, but again they were very responsive to turn on/off when we requested. We plan to book this place again in the future!

Awesome property

We planned a small wedding and needed the place for it. This property was everything we were looking for and more! It had more than enough room and was a fun stay after the wedding was done! The property managers were also very helpful with the rental process and even had our wedding color theme throughout the house! Highly recommend!

80th Birthday Party

We had a family gathering to celebrate a family members 80th Birthday. All ages, adults, seniors ,teens, young children enjoyed this wonderful home. There is something for everyone to do and plenty of space for everyone. Pool, hot tub, pickle ball, ping pong, bouncy house, fire pit are some of the outdoor activities we enjoyed.The owner is very responsive and handled any minor issue that came up quickly. Perfect for large group

We had a family gathering over the week of NYE with 15 people ranging from 20-50 and this property was perfect for the group. So many activities, both inside and out, that no one was ever bored. We used the backyard all day everyday! Had plans to go do other activities but cancelled because no one wanted to leave the house. The bedrooms are large and offer plenty of sleeping options. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could possibly need. The extra fridge/cooler on the back patio was the perfect drink spot. Bathrooms were ample and everything was clean. Owners were responsive and very easy to work with. We flew into the Mesa airport and the extra drive time was more than worth it. We will hopefully be back again!

Fun Christmas!!

We had a great time in the house celebrating Christmas break with the whole family. The house has all the entertainment you need from infants to adults and we enjoyed a lot our time here. House is well located, neighborhood is very nice and owners are very accommodating and great to communicate with. We were in a group of 14 adults and 3 small children and everyone was very comfortable. Also loved how the house has all the supplies you might need to cook and serve. We didn’t need to worry about running out of towels and they had basic bathroom supplies as well. I definitely recommend this property. Thank you for letting us enjoy your Oasis!!!

Family Vacation Spot

We rented this for a family stay. We had 4 adult couples, 5 grandkids and a Grandma stay here and it was fabulous. There is a safety screen to keep small kids safe from the pool. It had a lot of amenities to entertain kids from 1 yr. to 10 yrs old. It was well set up for cooking. Highly recommend this place. The owners were great at communicating throughout the stay.

Family Gathering in Phoenix, Arizona

Wonderful house with lots of entertainment options for 'kids' of all ages. We were a party of 14 comprising four families from all corners of the United States. The house had plenty of space, bedrooms, bathrooms - all adequately stocked, and kitchen supplies to cater to our needs. The backyard was very spacious and the heated pool, hot tub, astro-turf play area were all super hits. The house is on a nice quiet street, yet very close to groceries, department stores, and eating out.options are also plentiful. Rob and Sharon were prompt, very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Fabulous house. Had everything and more than advertised. Best equipped kitchen I’ve ever experienced in a rental . We had things to do from dawn to dusk and had to force ourselves out to view the sites in Phoenix. would stay here again for sure.

Amazing Property - Multiple Stays and Never Disappoints

This property is top notch if you are looking to accommodate a large group. There is no shortage of things to do and everything is well thought out and up to date. Home away from home!

One of the best VRBO homes we have ever stayed in over the last 10 years! Rob and Sharon were the most gracious host we have ever dealt with! They made us feel like family and were so easy to work with and made our stay amazing! The pool was perfect, the house was completely stocked and we appreciated how everything in the house was labeled! We hope to stay here again! This was the perfect location, close to Westgate and only took us 25 minutes during rush hour traffic to get to downtown Phoenix for a Diamondbacks baseball game! Absolutely amazing home! Thank you!
