Located in the Biltmore District area of Phoenix off of HWY 51 with easy access to Old Town Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Downtown Phoenix. Enjoy up-scale shopping, unique dining, hiking, golf, ATV desert rides, horseback riding, kayaking, etc. You will be close to everything while visiting.
The space
This home is perfect for multi-generational families or large groups with a variey of interests. The home has an open concept with the kitchen, dining, and family room all combined in the same room. The front of the home encompasses all the fun with a pool table, game table that can also be a poker table or bumper pool table. When you are tired of those activities, you can play Pac Man or Galaga on the arcade machine. The pool area also has plenty to do with a volleyball net, basketball net, mega connect 4, cornhole, or you can relax around the fire pit or sit on the rooftop deck and look at the hikers come down Piestewa Peak after dark. If you have any energy left after all the activities, try out the gym with adjustable dumbbells, yoga ball, or resistance bands.

— Kitchen —
The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you may need to cook like a professional chef - just bring the ingredients. High end stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and cooking utensils. Plenty of counter space to prepare and serve multiple families. There is a dining table and barstool seating at the island as well with enough spaces for 13

— Living Room and Game Rooms —
The living room and game rooms contain 2 smart TVs, Pac-Man/Galaga machine, board games, pool table, poker table, game table, bumper pool table, wine cooler, and a convertible table to watch a game of pool or plug in your computer and do some work. This home is the perfect spot to relax with your favorite beverage and catch a movie, or have a family fun night with the games.

— Outdoor —
There is an outdoor dining table that seats 6, perfect for an outdoor dinner or snacks by the pool. There is also an outdoor lounge area. Multiple lounge, Adirondack, and outdoor chairs are available for tanning, reading a book, or simply relaxing. Outdoor games include a giant Jenga set, mega connect-four, and corn hole toss boards. The pool has a volleyball net and also a basketball net to enjoy a family friendly game. Pool rafts, inflatables, and towels are provided for your leisure.

~Rooftop~

Take the spiral staircase up to the rooftop deck and gaze at the amazing views of downtown Phoenix and Piestewa Peak. At night you can see the hikers with thier flashlights hiking down the mountain!

— Bedrooms —
This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is best suited for generational families or large groups.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom with a luxurious shower and soaking tub. A smart tv and dresser is provided in this room. This room has its own door to the backyard, perfect for having a night time beverage or relaxing with a morning cup of coffee.

The second bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and a smart tv. There is a bathroom right outside this room as well with a shower/tub combo

The third bedroom has two twins over full bunk beds. This room is perfect for either kids or for a couple of couples

The fourth bedroom has two full beds with a dresser and smart tv

The third and fourth bedroom have another bathroom right outside their rooms with a tub/shower combo.

— Entertainment —
Biltmore Bliss is equipped with the fastest and best wifi available. Coverage is good in all rooms and outdoors.

All TV’s are smart TV’s, and we subscribe to Disney +, Apple TV+, and Hulu

There is a selection of board games including Apples to Apples, Clue, Cards Against Humanity, Giant Uno and more.

You will have access to the entire house including the pool, gym and rooftop deck.
Other things to note
There is no pool safety fence around the pool but childproof locking mechanisms are on all exterior doors.

PARKING - The garage will fit 3 cars/trucks and the driveway will fit 5 more cars/trucks.

Although this property is perfect for parties, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE party and event Policy. There is a strict noise disturbance regulation by the City of Phoenix, and all music and loud noises must not happen after 10:00 p.m. Please be respectful...

This property may have a noise aware device installed to monitor the noice level and ensure disturbances are regulated. It doesn't record conversations, just noise levels in decibels.

This property has a ring doorbell at the front door, 1 camera by the garage and 1 in the back yard.
