Pre-Arrival Process:
To ensure a seamless check-in, we use a secure, web-based system called Happy Guest for our rental agreement, ID verification, and $750 security hold. It’s a simple process you can complete on your phone, no app download is required.
* You will receive a link to complete these steps after booking.
* A security hold of $750 is placed on your credit card, similar to a hotel check-in.
* Please note: Arrival instructions will not be sent until these steps are completed, and refunds are not possible if they are skipped.


Things to Note:
Two of the bedrooms have a connecting layout.
Heated Pool: During winter, the pool heater maintains temps in the low to mid 70s. Works best in spring, summer, and early fall.
Jacuzzi tub: Not in service at this time
