House is located on a corner lot in a very nice neighborhood. There is a grocery store about a block away and is very close to numerous restaurants. Also the park nearby is great for small children and there is @20 Pickleball courts that are open to the public. The layout is great for families with kids of all ages. There is a pool table, darts and a WII to spend down time when just relaxing at the house. The pool is very clean and the outdoor area is great for sitting out and enjoying the weather.

First of all, hostess was wonderful. Got back to me with any answers to questions we had the photos do not do the house justice. The house is lovely. It’s on a corner. There’s a park nearby. It’s lovely and very spacious and very comfortable. I hope that we can go back and stay at this property in the future. The only reason I didn’t get five stars for the cleanliness was the floorboards throughout the house look like they had not been cleaned in a while. Otherwise, everything else was terrific. I would recommend this house wholeheartedly.

We rented this VRBO unit for the month of February 2026. Our goal was to escape the Utah cold and enjoy the Chandler Az warmth. We were completely satisfied with our choice of rentals. This is a large corner lot home with large rooms and high ceilings. The master bedroom is big with a great walk in closet. We travel with a memory foam topper in case a mattress is hard but we did not use it this trip. The master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable. The family room has a big screen TV and there is a second family room with a reclining sofa and another TV. The front recreation room has a full size pool table that our grandchildren enjoyed when visiting us. The kitchen is large as well and has all the equipment to meet our needs. If you are traveling with a dog this is an ideal choice. The side yard is well maintained grass (kind of unusual in Chandler) and a large fenced dog enclosure. We did not need this enclosure as our pet is small. The rear door dog flap was very welcome. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We had a question about the clothes dryer and she returned our text within minutes to solve the issue. Two other items of mention. We did not use the pool. February in Chandler is pleasant but not really swimming weather. The pool is modern, clean, and well maintained. Also there is a cabinet between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms absolutely full of shower and pool towels ready for use. All in all we were completely satisfied with our stay

Host was very welcoming and was great with communication. I loved the doggie door, and they even left a bowl of water for my dog. I especially loved the fenced in backyard. The house is decorated so cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Felt like trip started out on the wrong foot with the host emailing saying VRBO was suggesting to cancel the reservation and implying we were going to have a party there. House was good set up for our needs and would be good for family or group. Pool could probably use a good clean on the pool bottom. Host has total control over thermostat so you have to communicate temperature moves with her.

The host accommodated our early check in request which we greatly appreciated but when we arrived the small of bleach and cleaning solutions were so strong that it gave me a head ache instantly. The place gives off bar/lounge vibes. The decor is very basic and bland. Like all of the left over furniture was used without much thought. It is in need of s deep down clean. There was dust clinging to the pan rack above the sink, cigarette butts by the pool, and dirt, toys and food under the entertainment center in both rooms. And many items that were damaged and needed to be replaced. We appreciated that it was pet friendly and close to where we needed to be and the husband and wife host are very nice. Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again.

Fun small gathering spot

Stayed here when my son was in town from Peace Corps in Thailand. The place was spacious, the pool table room was well used and the pool and deck was large and accomodated a wonderful family visit. Property management was very responsive and communicative.

Fun house!

Good sized home

Enjoyed our stay in this roomy house. Beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the pool table. Basketball game was fun, although the balls were all deflated, but they used them anyway. Weather was nice enough to dip in the pool, it was cold but they did enjoy it. My only reason for a 4 star is although it was surface cleaned, the house really does need a deep clean (baseboards, floors, outdoor rugs).

Wonderful staycation spot!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The property is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants, and the pool was fabulous! The variety of games at this property were a huge plus as well. The host was quick to respond to questions and concerns we had and check-in was seamless.

So wonderful

We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay-cation and this was it. Everything we needed was at the house. We were able to just hang out and enjoy our time together. The house was spacious and had so many fun game options. A beautiful kitchen and open concept. The garage was actually usable which we rarely experience. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful. The host was very responsive and kind. The extra little touches did not go unnoticed. It was a wonderful and perfect time. 🥰
