-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from November to April at no additional charge. If outdoor temperatures drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may be below 85 degrees.

There is weekly pool service at the home. During the monsoon seasons, guests will be provided net and skimmers if more than weekly service is needed for the swimming pool.
