BATHROOMS: Bathroom #1: located in the primary bedroom, includes double sinks and shower/tub. Bathroom #2: located between the second bedroom and home office, includes a single sink and shower/tub.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig/coffee pot, tea kettle, knife set, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, wooden table with 4 seats, sliding glass door leading to backyard and patio area.

INDOOR LIVING: Tile flooring & carpet in bedrooms, 75” flat-screen smart TV, leather sofa & cozy armchair, lots of natural light and colorful decor.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private, fenced in backyard with beautiful view, patio furniture, and green trees.

PARKING: The garage can accommodate 2 economic cars or one SUV, with 2 more cars fitting on the driveway. Overnight street parking in the neighborhood is NOT permitted.
