TROLLEY
A free Scottsdale trolley picks up and drops off near our home! The service runs 6am to 6pm weekdays, with the exception of major holidays. Schedule and map are provided in the house.

- No confetti, glitter, rose petals or taping things to walls
- No Smoking indoors or out
- No Pets
- No unapproved guests. Unauthorized guests will result in cancellation without refund.
- POOL: If the pool is left in a condition that requires a full drain and deep cleaning—such as murky water, excessive debris, broken glass found surrounding, or misuse—a $1,000 USD cleaning fee will apply.

-> After Booking or Requesting to Book you’ll be asked some questions about your stay. To meet local requirements, all guests must complete a secure third-party ID verification within 24 hours of booking as well. Please reply within 24 hours so we can prepare for your visit. Don’t worry, it will be painless!
