Pool Details: A safety high lock is installed on the sliding glass door to the backyard. We do not have a pool fence, so please consider this if you book with little children.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool is not heated so the prime swimming months are April to September. Pool service usually comes on Wednesday or Thursday at varied times.
We have a Ring Video Doorbell installed and it is on 24/7. It is located next to the kitchen door entry from the carport and its field of vision is facing out from the kitchen door, spanning the entire area of the carport, driveway, and street view.
We have a Nest Thermostat installed with temperatures ranging from 72 to 84 degrees available.
