Centrally located in Tempe right off the highways near ASU, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor airport, hiking, golfing, local restaurants and shopping.
**** extra pool heating fee is $50/day not to exceed $150. We advise you keep the pool cover on overnight to keep the pool as warm as possible. Without the pool cover, the pool temp can drop up to 10° and will take a day or so to regain those temps. . Please give us 2/3 days notice if you would like the pool heated
The space
Our home is perfect for family gatherings or just friends getting together. Whatever the reason for your visit, we supply the entertainment. Outdoor games include darts, corn hole, ladder golf, giant Jenga, glow in the dark lawn darts or badminton (for our front lawn). Inside we have a retro arcade game with 1,000's of games along with numerous board games and an Xbox 360. If games are not your thing, wine and dine under our chandelier lit outdoor pergola or large indoor table. Nap or star gaze on our shaded day bed. Kickback and enjoy a S'more or cocktail next to the firepit. Soak your cares away in our spacious hot tub.
Pop some fresh popcorn and stream one of your favorite movies. Catch a game outside while lounging in the pool or on one of our many outdoor furniture options. After the pool rinse off in the dual head heated outdoor shower.
Our fully stocked kitchen is a chefs kiss! Start your morning off right with our coffee bar.
Appliances included; air fryer, toaster oven, crockpot, tea kettle, lots of spices, blender, kid friendly plates and cups and plenty of platters and bowls for entertaining. The kids will get a kick out of the snow cone machine.
Children are more than welcome, we supply a high chair, pack n play, games and books for the little ones. We offer a pool fence that we are more than happy to put up for your families safety around the pool.
