Spacious and lovely, A STONE'S THROW sleeps 14 and has outdoor resort amenities that include a pool with optional heat, spa, covered porch, built-in natural gas grill and wood burning fireplace. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80Âș F. Situated in an upscale community, our 6 BR, 3.5 BA, two story home is ideal for large families who seek a luxurious vacation home in a convenient location.
This home features both a formal living and dining room plus a cozy great room with comfortable seating in front of a natural gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has Keurig and drip coffee makers plus a breakfast nook with table seating. A dedicated game room includes a pool table, foosball, TV and beverage bar plus window seating for your land shark cheering section. There are TVs in the living room, great room, game room and ALL bedrooms. YouTube TV is the streaming service; TVs are not satellite or cable serviced.
Large windows in the living room and along the back of the home create naturally bright rooms overflowing with ambiance. The size of our home allows for both peaceful moments away from the crowd and more social activities. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Home has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
~ SLEEP LIKE A ROCK ~
The bedroom floor plan is split with 4 bedrooms including the primary suite and 2 baths upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths on the ground floor. The elegant primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, en suite bath and a private balcony with mountain and sunset views. A double sided fireplace adds warmth and charm to the primary suite and primary bath. The en suite bath is sizeable and has a garden tub, natural gas fireplace, walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. There are doors in the primary suite that connect directly to Bedroom 2.
Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, walk-in closet and double doors that connect directly to the primary suite. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, walk-in closet and access to the balcony at the front of the home. A desk in Bedroom 3 is ideal for your remote work and meetings. Bedroom 4 has 2 queen beds and a walk-in closet. ALL bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and storage for your personal belongings. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share upstairs Bathroom 2 which has a tub-shower combo and dual vanity sinks. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.
On the ground floor Bedroom 5 has a king bed and Bedroom 6 has 2 queen beds and a walk-in closet. Bathroom 3 with a walk-in shower is an en suite bath to Bedroom 6 and is shared with Bedroom 5. Also on the ground floor is a centrally located powder room for visitors or guests swimming in the pool.
A large and well stocked laundry room has a washer/dryer set to keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Due to HOA actions, parking is limited to 3 vehicles and they must be parked in the garage. There is a car charging station in the garage for guests to use.

Our family friendly home in a peaceful and upscale neighborhood is a short distance from golf courses, Usery Mountain Regional Park, Chicago Cubs spring training at Sloan Park, Mesa Market Place Swap Meet, water activities on the Salt River and a variety of hiking and biking trails of all levels. Multicultural eateries and retail outlets are a quick commute from the neighborhood. The modern highway system makes it a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, Phoenix and other exciting cities and attractions.
Community amenities include basketball & volleyball courts, parks, baseball and soccer fields, hiking & biking trails and a community fitness club with spa services. The area is a GOLFER'S PARADISE with 8 courses within 10 miles including the Las Sendas Golf Club, one of the top ten places to play in the USA.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 14 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of fourteen (14).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does not record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced. Youtube TV is the streaming service.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80Âș F. There is a 4 night minimum.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October 1 through April 30. There is a 4 day minimum.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
