Lovely Condo in Old Town Scottsdale with Pool

Have fun with the whole family or friends at this stylish place. Beautiful, newly remodeled condo in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Where you will find many stores, restaurants, bars and the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. The condo has many amenities. pool,jacuzzi, exercise room, pool table and ping pong. There are several grills for barbequing near the pool area.
The A/C is not operational durning the cold weather . We have portable A/C

The condo has two master En suites. The beds in the rooms are kings. The couch pulls out into a queen sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, salt/pepper, plates, cups, mugs, pots, pans, rice cooker, waffle maker, two different coffee makers, one is a Keurig, we have 5 k cups for renters after they are gone you would need to buy your own if you like. We also stock 5 bottles of water in refrigerator

There is a covered parking space assigned to the condo . If you have more than one vehicle let us know so you can park in guest parking. We will supply the guest parking pass for extra vehicle. This is free . There are stairs or an elevator to assist you getting to the condo . Private entry to condo ( automated pad ). We are in building 17. you turn onto parkway from camelback road.

We are always available through phone call or the Airbnb app. We will send you access information two days before arrival to give you the address and key code to gain access to the condo . Also to answer any questions you may have

The condo is 0.9 miles from old town Scottsdale, fashion square is 0.7 miles both very nice places to eat, shop, and has bars

One assigned free covered parking. If you have two vehicles let us know so we can give you a guest pass for free guest parking
the road to turn on from Camelback road is called Parkway . we are in building 17. Taxi , Uber are easily accessible. Just a phone call away if you have need of them.

The A/C is controlled by the association. It is off during the winter months. We have portable A/ C in case it is needed . There are ceiling fans in every room but the dinning room and kitchen. There are also oscillating fans in the bedroom closets . If you try to run the central A/C durning the winter months it will blow hot air .
The complex uses a central heating/cooling system that can only operate in one mode at a time. Heat is on during the colder months and AC is on during the warmer months. I provide a portable AC unit and space heater in the unit at all times in the event that we experience an unusually warm day while the heat is still on or an unusually cold day while the AC is on. If an early check in is agreed upon an extra fee will be applied for this to occur.

We only allow dogs . You must have a dog crate and a use a dog leash at all times . To pick up after the dog. No dogs over 30 lbs

is a short term rental please. We do not allow for you to bring in furniture, boxes. We apologize but have run into problems of people believing it is a storage area .
