General Rules
* Absolutely No Smoking is allowed inside or around the premise
of the house.

* Please only TP to be flushed. No feminine products or non-TP
items.

* The garbage disposal works fine but know that large quantities
of food can back it up. Please be gentle with it.

* Please only park in the driveway overnight as street parking is
prohibited in this community and you may get a ticket if not
parked in the driveway.

* The quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am the next day.
Please be mindful of residences around you. Any noise
complaints from neighbors will incur a $300 fine to guests for
the first occurrence, the second occurrence guests will be asked
to leave. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated. Police contact
with guests will be fined $500.

Pool
* There is no lifeguard on duty, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

* The pool cleaner can be removed when needing to swim. When
done please place it back in the pool and connect it to the inlet
it came out of. This will ensure a clean pool for when you want
to swim again.

* The pool is not heated but a fee of $75 per day can be added on
to heat the pool to 85 degrees.

* Please do not touch any of the pool equipment behind the gate.
Removal of pool supplies or damage to the pool equipment can
cause you liability for any repairs or missing items.

* No glass near the pool.

* Flooring can be slippery when wet so please be careful.

Checking out
* Check out time is 11:00 am.

* Strip beds you have slept in and leave sheets in the laundry
room. Comforters and blankets can be left in the rooms. Place
all dirty towels in the laundry room.

* If you haven`t cleaned the dishes already, please rinse and place
the dishes in the dishwasher.

* If you use the BBQ, please use the wire brush to clean off the
grate for the next guest.

* Please use the trash cans on the side of the house to throw
trash away.

* Turn off all lights when you leave.

* Make sure front door is locked when you leave.
