The space
This condo welcomes you with a bright and modern open floor plan for the kitchen, living and dining spaces. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are well furnished and designed with dark moody colors to be a relaxing retreat at the end of your exciting vacation day. Blackout curtains and comfy mattresses ensure a great night's sleep.

MONTHLY RATES AVAILABLE

-First floor end unit with no stairs or elevators to deal with. Pull your car up steps to the condo door for loading/unloading. Dedicated COVERED parking spot is just a few more steps away. See map in pictures for details.
-Cox high speed wi-fi
-Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room. Living room has expansive cable package provided by Cox.
- Kitchen has all the amenities you need with newer major appliances and brand new small appliances: coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster, mixer. Lots of dishes, glassware, flatware, baking and cooking pots and pans to make you as comfortable as possible.
-Resort style pool and huge hot tub on the complex grounds. BBQ grills, small gym, credit-card-operated laundry facility all on site.
-Walk to Starbucks, Sprouts, bars, restaurants or hop on the FREE Scottsdale trolley at the stop right across the street. Golf cart taxis and ride share services are readily available.
Guest access
Use the keyless entry any time after 3 pm the day you arrive. No need to wait around for keys. Enjoy this entire 1,200 square-foot condo all to yourselves. You will be given a fob to access the condo complex's laundry, pool/hot tub area and gym.
Other things to note
This condo is on the first floor so you don’t have to lug any suitcases upstairs or in/out of elevators. Not all buildings in this complex have an elevator, so this is a huge convenience. Your dedicated parking spot is steps from the door to the condo and you can pull right up in front of the door and use the ramp to load and unload your luggage. No dragging suitcases around!

Condo rules: Absolutely no parties, pets or smoking are allowed in this condo or on the patio. Loss of key fob will result in $150 fine.

HOA RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED:

The Maya Condo Complex is a private compound with rules in place to serve and protect you and other guests and residents. Violation of the rules will result in a minimum $500 fine to guests.

SMOKING is prohibited in the Maya community. This includes within the individual units, parking lots, pool/spa areas, clubhouse, fitness center, elevators, catwalks, patios, balconies and all other areas within the confines of the Maya community. Violation of this rule will result in a $1,000 fine.

POOL/HOT TUB AREA: No eating or drinking in or within four feet of the pool and hot tub. This is a city ordinance. NO GLASS bottles or containers of any kind are permitted in the pool area. Keep this in mind when doing your food and liquor shopping. Cans and plastic only. Pool and hot tub hours are 8 am to 10 pm.

QUIET HOURS: No noise after 10 pm.

AIR CONDITIONING: You can control the temperature within the condo by using the thermostat. However, the A/C and heating are on the same system, so they are seasonal and controlled by the condo complex management. Typically the change from A/C to heating starts around Nov 1st and switches back to A/C around March 1st.

WATER SHUT-OFF: The water in the building *may* be shut off twice per month, from 9 am to 12 noon on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. We will inform guests when/if a shutoff is scheduled.

Beautiful First Floor Condo, Very Clean, and Comfortable

The condo is exactly as described. It was much larger than the photos shown. It was decorated superbly, very contemporary, and extremely comfortable.We were there to visit family and attend my son's college graduation. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. It had many dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and small kitchen appliances (in the cabinets). The beds are memory foam and were very comfortable with no off-gassing smell. I loved that all the bedding was hypoallergenic because I am extremely allergic. Also, all the floors are wood or tile, they do have large rugs throughout.It was wonderful to have a first-floor condo with no noise from above or next door. There is some non-bothersome street noise. The parking was covered and extremely close.I cannot comment on the pool, hot tub, or laundry facilities because we didn't use them.The owner let me have a late checkout which was sincerely appreciated. I would highly recommend this gem!

Old Town Gem

We enjoyed our stay here as it is very close to the riverfront where we were able to walk (less than a mile)to see the Canal Convergence & eat at Oil & Ivy, which was delicious. This VRBO was exactly what we needed & will definitely head back here on a return visit. There is so much to do and see and only 15 mins from the airport. Highly recommend!!

Comfy condo

We stayed in Bridget's condo for 2 1/2 weeks while my husband underwent and then recuperated from back surgery. It was a great set up for our circumstances. Main floor condo, assigned parking right outside our door with no steps and an open floor plan. Nicely updated with comfy furniture and all the amenities. Firm, comfy king sized beds, black-out curtains in the bedrooms, fresh new linens, plenty of lighting, a fun patio with string lights, all the basics in the kitchen, and a very clean laundry room in the building next to ours. Though there isn't a washer or dryer in the unit, the laundry room is pretty close by and was sparkling clean. We didn't use any of the amenities -- it was 106 degrees every day, so it was too hot -- but they looked quite nice when I walked by them. It was also less than a half mile walking distance to a lovely Sprouts grocery store, Starbucks, TJ Maxx and a half-dozen casual restaurants, and less than a mile to a CVS Pharmacy. It is located in a neighborhood surrounded by other condos and apartment complexes, and is less than three miles to the upscale Fashion Square Mall. It is also less than a mile on foot to a lovely walking path through Indian Bend Wash Park.

Seems like owner seldom visits property. Condo wasn’t clean when I arrived. Closet with cleaning supplies was locked. Had to call owner. Very few supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. Renovation did not seem complete. Baseboards missing something obviously removed from one wall. Patio rug very dirty landscaping of patio high weeds.Certainly not pleasant to sit outside. Owner tried to please when called but seemed to have no clue. Would not rent that Condo again or any other one owned by this person.

Getaway from the cold!

My husband and I came to Scottsdale to get out of the cold for a week and to visit with our son who goes to ASU. The place was clean and what we needed . The pool was awesome. Love that it was heated. I loved that the grounds were gated and you needed the fob, but our building was not gated. We never felt unsafe though. Brigette was a great communicator.

Old Town Condo

The condo was clean and well-stocked. The host was communicative and responded to questions promptly. The location is just outside of old town on Camelback Rd. We easily walked the area. There are also grocery and convenience stores nearby.
