We are dedicated to continuously enhancing your experience. We regularly update the condo's furniture and decor based on guest feedback to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Our most-recent updates completed in August, 2025 included new primary bedroom furniture and new window treatments throughout.

The entire condo is available to guests. Community facilities are available for use including two pools (one heated), gas barbecue grills, fire pit, and a workout room.

As with most short-term rentals, Desert Escape has a single exterior-only security Ring camera doorbell on the front door. Your hosts can also be reached through the Ring.

North Scottsdale is a vacation and remote work paradise. Safe, sunny, and clean. The property is immediately adjacent to two shopping areas with grocery, restaurants, pharmacies, and specialty shops. WestWorld is walking distance. A public golf course, water park, and library are one block away; Scottsdale Horizon Park with numerous outdoor sports is also adjacent. Quiet streets and trails will take you to the McDowell Mountain Preserve or the Scottsdale Greenway. Convenient access to the 101 Freeway.

One carport space included. Uncovered parking in the community is first-come first-served. The property is five minutes from the 101 freeway which can take you anywhere in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Uber/Lyft are available. Cycling lanes and trails are adjacent and connected to the 300-mile Maricopa Trail. From Scottsdale, it is easy and convenient to get to other Arizona attractions such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Tucson.

We are constantly updating Desert Escape based on guest feedback and our own experiences. In the last three years the kitchen has been renovated, all appliances are updated, counter seating was added, the primary bedroom furniture is updated, the dining furniture is updated, other seating and accents are updated, and new window treatments were installed in fall 2025.
