Pros:1. We were able to check in early & it was clean.2. There were several games & amenities for children. Cons:1. The TV remote, garage door remote & MBR ceiling light/fan were missing. There was no other way to control the light/fan so we weren’t able to use it. 2. The oven did not work and there was no advance notice that it didn’t. There was a small all-in-one unit (air fryer, roaster, etc sitting on the counter)3. The ice maker did not work.4. Five of the six lights in the guest bathroom were burned out and there were no replacement bulbs available 5. Communication was abysmal. I’m still waiting on a response asking where we might find the remotes. We chose to leave a day early.

So many added features, clean, laundry, pool, jacuzzi, game room, etc conveniently 10 mins to Sky Harbor. Our host was very accommodating to add additional day last minute to our reservation for an unseen flight cancellation. We definitely want to go back to vacation here.

6-night stay

We were fairly pleased with the house. It is an older home, and it shows in some places. But overall, it was clean, spacious, comfortable & an overall good value for the cost. The landscaping was beautiful. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and loved that we could walk the nearby trail.You'll notice in the photos that there are steps in the floor plan between the kitchen and living areas. When you're not used to this, it can be hard to remember, and I actually did fall when I wasn't paying attention. (There is even a warning written on the step going down into the playroom, but I was looking up and didn't see it). Fortunately, I wasn't injured, just bruised up. But it is something to consider if you're older or have little kids.We loved having the washer & dryer, so we didn't have to pack as many clothes to bring with us. There were detergent pods provided but we didn't realize that and bought our own. The dishwasher was also convenient, and pods are provided for that as well.The pool is pretty, but unfortunately, we didn't get to use it because the temps were cool while we were there. The outdoor area was clean and comfortable to sit and enjoy the mild temps.The play area was fun, though the pool table is a bit uneven! lol! There was also a ping pong table in the garage, but we never used it. We found a half bathroom in the back area of the playroom, which was a surprise.There are large TVs in the living areas and bedrooms which was very nice.

Work Getaway

We booked this stay as a stay for our work network at a nearby hotel. We wanted a place for all of us to be together to collaborate in the evenings, and this was the place. Check in was easy, and everything was prepped and ready to go for our stay. We enjoyed getting to play all the activities provided. If we are in Phoenix again for a stay we will definitley look at coming back to stay here!

The home itself was amazing and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets smelled clean. I was very disappointed to see the pool was green and full of debris as this was the main reason we booked the home. The host was responsive but didn’t not really resolve the issue besides letting me know the pool had been serviced.

Great for families

Great AZ house, especially for a family with kids. The house was very clean and they added special touches for the kids with games and even a hidden movie room. We just had two kids but the bunk room would comfortably sleep 4-5 kids. Master bedroom with a king bed was also spacious. The pool was cold with no option to heat but still nice to have as a cold plunge in March. We liked that we could park in the garage. We also found a trailhead two blocks over with access to a few hikes around the preserve, and a nice hill to catch the sunset. The owners were great and very responsive!

Great place!

This property was perfect for our weekend stay! We were in town for a wedding and it was great for our extended family of 6. The games were so fun and great to utilize during down time. It was never hard to get an Uber/Lyft from the place and everywhere we went traveled to (airport and Scottsdale) were within 20 minutes. The property was clean, comfortable, and owners were great at communication. Highly recommend this place to others!

This property was beautiful and nicely equipped. The property was very close to the airport as well as bending centrally located to everything we wanted to see. My wife always wipes down everything and has to clean what the cleaners missed but not here. The place was spotless.

Cute and fun home!

We enjoyed this home it had tons of things to do. We loved the basketball hoop game and pool table the most. Jumped in the pool outside once since it was a little chilly. They have a charcoal grill not mentioned so bring charcoal if you want to grill! Also, bring coffee filters for coffee we didn’t have any but improvised and used paper towels haha. Good smelling body wash and shampoo conditioner and plenty of towels. Just responds immediately very nice! Also the area is very quiet so made it nice to sleep at night. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place. Oh I can’t forget the hidden movie room which our son never wanted to leave from it super awesome!! A big thumbs up !!!
