The perfect location for any and all occasions. This tastefully updated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom is conveniently located close to Old Town Scottsdale, Papago Park, ASU, Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix Zoo, Camelback Mountain, and Spring Training Facilities. The area is also near many attractions like the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction and PGA Waste Management Open. Quick and easy access to Loop 101 and 202 freeways.

The perfect Old Town Scottsdale retreat! This beautifully remodeled Scottsdale apartment features a ground floor entry with a private courtyard patio in a small, well-kept community.

This is a spacious single-story property with an open floor plan that is disabled-accessible.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.

OTHER BEDROOM: This bedroom has a queen-size bed, an attached bathroom with a soaking tub, a modern suede futon, and a spacious closet with hangars.

BATHROOMS: Each bathroom is full-sized and stocked with assorted towels and amenities (all of the things you may have forgotten). They are also equipped with a blow dryer.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has newly installed quartz countertops and is complete with all cooking/eating necessities including a blender, microwave, tea kettle, coffee station, toaster, and ceramic top stove.

LIVING ROOM: The BOHO-inspired living room features vaulted ceilings with large windows and plenty of natural light.

ENTERTAINMENT: Sit down, relax, and enjoy your favorite show on a 50-inch HD Smart TV, compatible with all of your Netflix, Youtube, and other streaming accounts. No cable/satellite TV access.

POOL AREA: Enjoy complete access to the large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi open year-round. There are three gas grills just outside the pool area that are free to use.

KIDS: Kids are welcome! This property is stocked with various children's toys as well as toys to bring to the pool! There is also a portable crib on-site if needed!

LAUNDRY: In-unit washer and dryer to tackle your dirty laundry before you make the trip back home.

DISCLOSURE: This property is equipped with a front door camera that monitors the EXTERIOR of the unit.

There is a FREE Scottsdale trolley every 30-minutes. The trolley stop is located just one block south of the complex's entrance.

The condo was not as nice as pictures nor as reviews implied. The hot tub was not working, something we specified in our search on vrbo. We were offered a. 50 rebate on an over 1000 price we paid. Lighting was terrible in there at night, half the switches did not work, ones that did were all different light temperatures and some flickered. Showers were old and water didn’t get warm enough. The couch slip cover was filthy, mattress was uncomfortable, bedding was lumpy polyester filled comforter, garage had a pile of junk heaped in corner, garage hadn’t been swept in a loooong time. I didn’t dare walk on bedroom carpets because of the lack of care to rest of house, I felt the carpets were likely filthy. They are dark colored. I would not suggest staying here unless you can’t find anything else. Owners seemed nice enough, but it was not a pleasant experience if you value being able to see at night by, cleanliness and getting what you paid for, ie: hot tub.

Property was perfect for me, and my adult son came and stayed part of the time. Location is very convenient and I loved having the park/Scottsdale trail access right behind the condos. I used the trail every day for walking. Condo itself is clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this location. Close to old town night life, restaurants, and stores! The pool /Spa was fantastic. The shower was super strong and all the amenities made it feel like home. Super easy to check in and out!

When we entered the apt. we noticed how clean it was.However, the carpet edge near the fireplace was all curled up (a hazard) & all the carpets in the house needed cleaning. The tile & tub in the 2nd bedroom needs replacing ( an eyesore for sure) the curtain on the window was torn & the sliding door when you pulled it open was full of black marks. The oven on the stove was very dirty.If those things were fixed it would have been perfect. There were a lot of nice amenities that most condo's that we have stayed in don't have. However, we were't told that cable wouldn't be turned on, so we never could watch TV something that never happened to us before when we stayed in Scottsdale. Another thing that never happened to us before was that the Owner wouldn't give us a phone number to reach him by, so we never could reach him. We are not versed on cell phone communication. All in all it just needs an update & deep cleaning. Judy Zapf

Close to everything and has so much potential. The condo is spacious but needs some TLC and updating and upgrading. Access to the pool is a bonus, but the property itself as well as the pool needs maintenance. Property owners were super nice and communicative and would give5 stars for that plus the access to a garage.

Beautiful accommodations

We had a great time during our recent trip to Scottsdale. Our stay was beautiful. Home had everything we needed for a fun & peaceful stay. Park behind complex was a very nice extra added attraction. Homeowners were extremely accommodating and helpful. Amazing trip!!!

Great location for 2-4 people

Our stay here was great. The condo was exactly as pictured, not overly fancy but not over-priced. The proximity to the big park was very convenient, and the pool was excellent. Driving into Scottsdale and to the airport was easy. We had a little trouble figuring out the thermostat, but figured it out eventually. We were also not able to find the garage door remote, but all in all, very minor details on an otherwise great stay.

Convenient

Overall a convenient place for a decent price. It’s kind of a convenient location to everywhere (10-20 minutes driving to most places), but not really walking distance to much, so if you don’t have a car be prepared to Uber/Waymo. It’s tidy, but definitely showing signs of wear and in need of a good clean and some TLC, which is my biggest reason for the overall lower rating. The host, Stephen, was great and very responsive, including when I provided some feedback on the cleanliness. He also provided some great local recommendations, of which everything we tried was great. The pool area was probably the thing we appreciated most. Nice open area, quiet, surrounded by greenery and tidy.

Pros: *Really good location. *quiet area *nice park right behind the complex *walking distance to a grocery store, Dollar store, and some restaurants *quick response from owners.- good communication *very kind to let us check in early because our plane landed before check-in time *friendly people in complex. Pool area was nice and pretty close to the unit.*quiet at night*nice to have garage *I did notice that another review said that they needed a lamp in the living room. This suggestion was taken and there is a lamp now. *living room is very sunnyCons/Friendly Suggestions:*there weren’t enough pillow cases so we had to go buy some *pillows in the primary bedroom were old, lumpy, and flat. Bed was fine. Comfortable *towels were clean but had make-up stains and two had holes in them. *drawers in kitchen had crumbs in them. So many crumbs in the silverware drawer that I had to take everything out and wash the utensils and clean out the drawer. *cushions on dining room chair had crumbs and stains *couch cover needs to be washed. Pretty dirty. *description says this unit sleeps six, but I don’t know where the sixth person would sleep. On the couch? The futon was very small and didn’t fit an adult without feet hanging over the end. It was uncomfortable so we went and bought a mattress topper. *extra blankets weren’t washed and had stains. *unfortunately the main bedroom smelled like dog pee. I would suggest no carpet if dogs are allowed. *tile in bathmoldy

Decent with room for improvement

This is a bottom floor apartment in a complex next to the trail system. The location is nice and the owners have put in effort to make it inviting and cozy. However, my stay was not restful due to the noise from the residents above. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the people living above. The beds are also very uncomfortable and in dire need of new pillows
