Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day and minimum of 3 nights. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.

The pool pump motor will malfunction and require an in person technician visit for reset if the vacuum is disconnected or comes out of the water. A fee of $500 will be charged when the pool vacuum is disconnected/removed and a reset is required.**
