The perfect location for your "Valley of the Sun" getaway! Only minutes away from ASU, Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix and so much more. Less than 1/4 mile from Cubs Spring Training facility! After a day of fun relax with everything you want and need to make your stay perfect!

With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed everyone can sleep comfortably. The full kitchen with all amenities, washer/dryer, fireplace, Smart TVs in the front room and in the main bedroom, the community pool and hottub with picnic tables and BBQs makes the space the perfect location to unwind after a day of fun.

Guests have access to the entire townhouse, along with the community amenities such as the pool, hot tub, picnic tables and charcoal grills spread around the complex.

I provide a door code prior to your arrival so you never have to see me unless there is a problem.

The townhouse project is less than 3 minutes from the 101/202 interchange. It is less than .25 mile from Cubs Spring Training complex. Riverview Shopping Center is less than a mile to the east with Tempe Marketplace just over a mile away to the west. All the shopping and restaurants you could ever want are located in these two shopping areas. ASU is a short 4 minute drive.

There is 1 reserved, covered parking space for the property with plenty of additional open parking available.

Exceptional stay! We were thrilled with everything about this property. Immaculately, spotlessly clean; very comfortable beds; all the amenities we needed or wanted; easy covered parking; wonderful water pressure in the shower; great central location... and on and on and on. They're not kidding when they say a 5min walk to the stadium, it's literally down the street. Three miles to ASU and a Planet Fitness just over a mile away. Quick and clear communication from the hosts. Very reasonable house rules. Five stars across the board, we would be delighted to stay here again!

Excellent condo unit within a short 5 minute walk from the baseball stadium. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. The common area is pretty small but because our group of 6 guys on a baseball trip basically only slept and had breakfast in the condo, it didn't really matter.

Overall, we had a great experience. It was clean, well stocked, and a great location. It was a quiet area. Only concern was that we had an issue with the lock combo upon arrival and it took 4-5 hours for someone to get back to us. Once in, no additional issues and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for Cubs Spring Training!

Close to anything and everything, especially Sloan Park. If you’re not a gimpy old man like me you can walk to the park is less than 5 minutes. The property was clean, well kept and peaceful.

Our stay

A few issues came up but were taken care of asap by the property manager. For our length of stay we could have used a few more supplies, ( dishwasher soap, trash bags and a few more towels). We did ask the property manager for more and the items were supplied. Overall the property was clean and in a good location for our stay.

Convenient Quiet and Clean

We were in town for a wedding and this condo was very conveniently located to the venue. If we had more time, we would have explored the campus of the Cubs field. The condo community was very quiet and clean. The kitchen could use a few things - a cutting board, for instance. Other than that, we had ample space to spread out comfortably.

Great Place

We stay in this area every year for Spring Training. This year we were booking a little late and not much was left. This was a new listing with no reviews, so I was hesitant. I ended up taking it and am so glad I did. Our new favorite place. Perfect location for Spring Training or visiting ASU. Very nice complex. Felt very comfortable there. Plenty of room with very comfortable beds. Appreciated how clean the place was and how perfect if was for our family. Owner is very gracious and communicates well. We look forward to staying there again next spring.

Favorite VRBO stay!

This was definitely my favorite stay so far! We stay at vrbo's a lot. It felt so clean and had everything we needed and more! The pool and hot tub were clean. Its close to everything!! Check in was easy. We booked very last minute and the owners were so quick to respond. This stay was totally stress free! Its so great to find something nice like this that we can actually afford!
