It started with allowing people to hang out in the patio areas till midnight, but people are trying to sleep. Then we were woken up at 8 AM by pounding and banging in the mechanical room next to our room. Then when we try to shower, the water would not go down the tub. nothing better than trying to shower in yours and the guest before you dirty water. Provided an ADA shower chair upon request, but the chair was so filthy. It made the water even more dirty that you were sitting in and it felt like it was gonna break my eight-year-old mother was scared to death. She was going to fall and hurt herself sitting on that chair. The bed squeaked every time you moved, flooring in the property in general was quite dirty. They did not have ADA rooms with two queens, which is unusual because typically people with ADA have a companion with them. The ADA parking was extremely limited and with the height variances it was very difficult to get wheelchairs up and down. I paid $500 a night for this room and I would not recommend it for one dollar sure wish I could’ve called the staff to let them know however, the phone did not work. It just rang busy for any button that I pushed. We ate at the casual dining and it was so cold we couldn’t wait to finish our meal. The ADA entrance was locked so we had to walk all the way around and ask for assistance to get in as there are two levels of steps going into the restaurant and it was raining. All around it was a horrible stay with very little sleep.
