So much great stuff. Gary and Jennifer were great, attentive hosts. The house is beautiful and we loved the game room, which kept nine adults and adult children entertained. Two things that would have made it a five star
the weather was amazing, but the non-heated pool meant we couldn’t use it (way too cold); spotty wi-fi made it tough to connect throughout the house. Don’t let that stop you from booking. Just know if those things are important to you.

We needed 5 bedrooms suitable for 5 adults who wanted their own rooms at a reasonable price. This house nicely fit the bill. We were on a golf trip at Desert Mountain. Everywhere we went was a 15-20 minute drive. That was heaven! But North Scottsdale was also only 15 minutes away had we wanted to go there. Safety was a consideration and we felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. All in all perfect for our needs!

This place was an absolute gem for our Mom's birthday and a truly memorable family gathering. The property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and fun. We particularly enjoyed spending time by the inviting pool, and when we needed to escape the sun, the spacious game room provided endless entertainment for everyone.The location is also a major plus, as it's conveniently situated near a wide variety of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. The host, Gary was easy to communicate with and he was incredibly accommodating to our needs, ensuring our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We just wrapped up an amazing 5 day stay at the Scottsdale Villa. The property is as advertised and more. The landscaping around the home gives you great privacy while giving you a scenic view at the same time. The home is spacious and well appointed. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room and then some. We spent most of our days out on the back patio and in the pool. The kids absolutely loved it. The amount of wild life you could see out in the back yard was incredible - lizards, dozens of different types of birds, jackrabbits, ground squirrels and bats in the evening. We even saw a bobcat crossing the road on our way home from dinner one night! We finished our evenings in the game room watching movies and shooting pool/darts/shuffle board. The location is amazing with any amenity you can think of with in a 10 minute drive. The hosts were great to work with. They even gave us some great dining recommendations (Raven's burgers are amazing!) We all enjoyed the home and will definitely be staying here next time we return.

Great location...Large, Roomy and Comfortable Ranch

Overall great home for our Golf escape...easy access, large rooms. We enjoyed the rec room, pool, shuffle board and poker table which is a converted garage. Outdoor pool is just the right size to cool off and enjoy plenty of seating in and out of the sun. Plenty of streaming TV's everywhere. Gary(owner) was responsive and the experience was excellent! Book and enjoy!!

Weekend in Paradise

This house was perfect for our big family get together.It is even better in person than in the photos. I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the cool mornings. It is very well equipped, we had everything we needed, just like home. The game room kept small and big entertained and together. A car is needed, but two shopping centers are close by. The owners are responsive and accommodating. I hope we can come back again soon. Highly recommend.

We were excited to enjoy two weeks in this home. Upon arrival all looked as it was advertiszed. We found out the first night that our bathroom had no working lights. we got thru that night and called the owner next day, adding to that issue an odor that started to appear. He sent his dad and brother over and they said they thought the odor was in the water pipe . They said they would get an electrician in. I pointed out the odor smelled like sewage. The odor got worse that night and the next day when the electrician came in he immediately said "call an exterminator you have a dead animal".... We contacted the brother again and told him what the electrician had said. He came back and filled the bathroom with water and bleach and told me to just leave it that way. The odor worsened day by day and my husband said he was worried for our health and so we moved to an empty bedroom. we were stuck as this was spring break week and our grandkids had flown in to enjoy their week. We had no choice but to stay but the day they left , we left also notifying the owner that the odor was horrendous and we could tolerate it no longer as it was entering other parts of the house. Leaving a week ahead of our plans cost us a great deal of money as we had to change our plane dates and moving to a hotel extremely costly being few were available because of spring break. We notified the owner we had left the house and why. Owner has denied any found odor and deniedus any compensation .

My son was getting married and I selected this property for my family that flew in from Chicago. Everything was as pictured and described. Fun in the Sun!

This was a lovely house and pool. There were lots of sleeping spots, beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well supplied, as were pool toys. We did run short on some basic supplies, however the owner was very prompt in responding, and replenishing the items.

Everything exceeded expectations. The house was very roomy for six adults. The game room and pool were great. The privacy was perfect. I just can't say enough about our hosts. They even invited us to visit their ranch to see their world champion Arabian horses. I will never stay anywhere else in Scottsdale again.
