• NO ELEVATOR access to our home. Contains stairs to each level including a unique feature of our home is a winding staircase to the Master En-suite

You, unfortunately, cannot have one without the other. We suggest you prepare with some mosquito repellent! You will also, on occasion, see frogs, geckos, various lizards, deer, skunk, raccoons and snakes in and around the vegetation. Nature lovers can find wild pigs, beer and other animals around the mountains and state parks all over the lovely state of Arizona. The bugs are not associated with the cleanliness of the townhouse. If by rare occasion, you happen to see a critter that wandered inside, fear not! We have regular pest control to maintain inside and out as well as a clean home we take pride in. As long as you keep all the doors shut and windows open with the screen to get some fresh air, it will be more difficult for them to get in. We are unable to offer any guarantee of a refund for an occasional bug encounter in the house. Just so that you are made aware of desert living in Arizona.
