- Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- Parties and any disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing, and all guests must be included in your reservation. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the premises and/or removal from the booking platform.
- Pets: We have a 2 pet maximum (only small to medium dogs). Please inquire about this before booking, additional fees apply.
- No tape or adhesive is allowed to be attached to the walls.
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be a considerate neighbor.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Please treat the home as if it were your own, report any damages immediately, and leave things as you found them.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it asap. We take issues brought to our attention very seriously. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an unreported issue that we were not given the opportunity to address. By reserving our property you understand that while we do our best to ensure that the property is up to standard, please be aware that refunds will not be considered for ordinary wear and tear.
