Non-Smoking and Drug-Free Home
This home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free environment. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, or vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the immediate vicinity. A $500 fee will be charged if we detect any smoking in the residence or on the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside of the premises, away from the home.

Smoke and Noise Detection:

For your safety and the comfort of future guests, we have installed a smart smoke and noise detector inside the house. This device discreetly monitors both smoking activity—including vaping and the use of marijuana, cigarettes, and other substances—and noise levels during events or gatherings.

If excessive noise or smoking is detected, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, ask you to leave the property immediately, and you will forfeit any reimbursements. Please be respectful of the house and the surrounding area.

Courtesy Quiet Hours:

We ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. This includes keeping noise levels to a minimum and refraining from any disruptive behavior.

Guest Access
You’ll have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool during your stay. While the backyard is secured with a wooden privacy fence, please note there is no enclosure around the pool area. If you’re visiting with children or using the pool, you do so at your own risk.

Parking
There is plenty of parking available with space for up to four vehicles in the driveway. Additional parking can be found on the street, both on the front (east side) and south side of the house.

🐾 Pet Policy – Read Carefully
We are pet-friendly, with some guidelines to keep things comfortable for everyone:

Pet Fee: $300

Maximum: 2 dogs

Crating: Required if pets are left unattended

Approval: Please mention pets in your initial message to receive prior approval

Unauthorized Pets: $300 penalty

Damage/Cleaning Fee: $200 additional fee may apply for any damage or excessive pet-related cleaning needs

STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED
We ask that you treat our home with the same respect as your own. Any parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In: After 5:00 PM

Check-Out: By 10:00 AM

Please stick to these times to allow us to prepare the home for the next guests.

Shoes Off, Please
To keep the home clean, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering the house.

Guest Policy
Only the guests listed on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. No additional overnight guests are permitted.

Outdoor Pool Use
If you choose to use the pool, you assume all risk and liability. Children must be supervised at all times while in or around the pool area.

Cleaning & Departure Instructions
To help us prepare for the next guest, please:

Load the dishwasher and start it before you leave. (Dishwasher pods are provided under the sink.)

Place all used towels in the bathtub or shower before departure.

Remove all food from the fridge and cabinets before checking out.
