Upon entering the home through a western style wooden bridge crossing a beautiful Sonoran Desert Garden, you are met with a STUNNING view of the home, with the Superstition Mountains as a background landscape. The 3,000+ sq ft of living space, and casita (500+ sq ft) on a 4.5 acre lot has been Architecturally designed with all western style details, from the Saguaro Cacti Ribbs on the entrance foyer ceiling, to the adobe brick walls, to the embedded wood features, and colored Santa Fe style seating around the home, creates a truly Arizona Western stay that you won’t ever want to leave!
MULTI SPACE FLOOR PLAN: On the far-right side of the home you will find 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom that are split over the living room and kitchen area from the master bedroom; this creates great privacy. On the opposite side of the home, you will find a large Primary Suite with a King Size Bed, with an attached bathroom, walk-in shower, with wand held shower head AND rain shower. The master suite also has its own access to the center patio and picture-perfect view to the Superstition Mountains.
Just clearing the second bridge to the Sonoran Desert Garden, you find the casita. This portion of the home is equipped with one Queen bed, a full bathroom, a full “compact” kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, and sink, along with seating area and TV. Not to mention the Hot Tub just right outside the cover porch!
GOURMET KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked for your next home-cooked meal and outfitted with Viking and Thermador high-end appliances. Keurig coffee machine and drip-coffee complementary coffee and tea for your mornings.
HOT TUB HEAVEN: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience with our 7-person hot tub amenity. Immerse yourself in a haven of warmth and tranquility as you unwind in the bubbling embrace of our mountain view spa Designed for your comfort and pleasure, our hot tub offers a soothing retreat from the stresses of everyday life. As the sun sets over the desert landscape, soak away your cares in our inviting hot tub. The perfect way to end your day, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the Arizona night sky.!
FIRESIDE BLISS: Whether you prefer the warmth of the central patio gas fireplace or the wood burning firepit in front of the casita, our home offers both. Gather around the fire with loved ones and create lasting memories!

CENTRAL PATIO & BACKYARD: What better way to enjoy the outdoors than a serene gathering around the center patio fireplace accessed by the Master Suite, Living Room, and Far-side Queen bedroom. The space has ample seating around the perimeter, and Adirondack chairs around fireplace overlooking the Superstitions Mountains.

INDOOR/OUTDOOR LIVING: The double opening doors allow you to seamlessly access the home main door and central patio area. Cooking in the kitchen, grilling outside, while others lounge in the outside patio, or soaking up on the Hot Tub. This home has it all for an amazing opportunity to relax and connect with your guests.
At the back of the property, there is an ample place to park if you are bringing a boat, jet-skis, or other fun ATVs to enjoy Canyon Lake or other outdoor activities.
You have horses with you, not a problem! We have horse stables that may be available for use in case you are coming with a horse or two. Water for horses is available at stables. Feed for horses not available. Contact us for more information.
These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner's rules and avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors. Please take the time to read these rules and share these with your guests.

*GENERAL*
+We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. Failure to check-out at the time provided will result in a $50 fee per half hour past check-out time.
+ No parties, events, drug use, smoking of any kind in the property.
+ If you are a smoker, please use outdoors and clean-up after yourselves, as any strong smoke odor indoors will result in a $300 fine for odor removal.
+ No unregistered or extra guests are allowed at the residence. The maximum property capacity is 13 people.
+ Pets are allowed under certain circumstances. Unauthorized pets at the residence during your stay will result in a $250 fee.
+ Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding $50 must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
+Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

*HOT TUB*
+ Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests at any given time.
+ Time of Use: Hot Tub use is permitted between the hours of 6am and 10pm.
+ Cover After Use: Guests should replace Hot Tub cover carefully after each use. This helps maintain water temperature, prevent debris and food from entering the tub, and acts as a safety measure to prevent unsupervised use. Failure to place cover back on Hot Tub prior to departure will result in $100 fee for excess cleaning required. Exterior towels can be found at the laundry room cabinets (make sure to use color towels).
+ Temperature Control: The hot tub temperature should never exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit, as recommended by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
+ No alcohol or glassware use is permitted in or during use of Hot Tub.
+ Proper Attire: Guests should be advised to wear suitable swimwear that doesn’t compromise the water quality. Regular clothing or underwear can introduce detergents or contaminants to the water.
+ No Electrical Appliances: Any electrical devices, including phones, speakers, or laptops, should be kept at a safe distance from the pool or hot tub to avoid the risk of electric shock.
+ Objects/Chemicals: Guests may not add any objects or chemicals to the hot tub. Guests understand that a minimum fee of $300 or more will be charged if the hot tub is used improperly or becomes compromised by guest use resulting in excess cleaning services and delay of use by other guests.
+ Regular Service: Hot Tub is serviced weekly (Every Monday). Guests agree to pay additional charge of $150 if additional service is requested during stay.
+ Use At Your Own Risk: Guests understand that Hot Tub Usage is at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any injury related to use of Hot Tub.
+ Age Use Restriction: Children under the age of 16 are forbidden to use Hot Tub without adult supervision present.
