Wir haben vor kurzem abgeschlossen, dieses exquisite 6.000 Quadrat-Fuß-Haus mit allen brandneuen Möbeln, Kunstwerken und Accessoires von großen Geschäften wie Crate & Barrel, Room & Board, Macy's usw. zu möblieren. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll mit schönen, hochwertigen Möbeln in einem sauberen, modernen Übergangsstil eingerichtet. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer (mit optionalen Schlafraum im Theater und auch im Spielzimmer) und andere Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein Heimkino mit 6 Leder-Theater-Liegen, Fernseher mit DirecTV in allen Schlafzimmern sowie Familienzimmer, Theater und 2 Fernseher auf der Terrasse, Basketball / Tennisplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Pokertisch, beheizter Pool / Spa mit Wasserspiel, Indoor-Bar, Outdoor-Küche und vieles mehr. Gratis Wifi.

A HINWEIS ZUR POOL HEIZUNG: Der Pool kann in den Wintermonaten beheizt werden, wenn die natürliche Pooltemperatur aufgrund der niedrigeren Außentemperaturen sinkt. Poolheizung ist optional und für $ 50 / Tag mit einem Minimum von 3 aufeinander folgenden Tagen verfügbar. Beim Erhitzen wird die Temperatur zwischen 83-86 Grad gehalten. Generell empfehlen wir, den Pool vom 15. Oktober bis zum 31. Mai zu beheizen, um eine angenehme Schwimmtemperatur zu gewährleisten.

The outside was a large spacious area with so many things to do. The pool was awesome! We had it heated and the temperature was comfortable for the adults and little kids. Really appreciated that all the doors to exit outside had handles up high so little kids could not open them. We had one minor thing that needed fixed and it was fixed immediately! Hope to return in the near future to this beautify home!!!! Highly recommend!

This is perfect home for family and friends - with plenty of space for together and alone time! The area is so close to amazing food, hiking and nature. We would definitely come back again. Out hosts were extremely responsive and the property care between house cleaners and pool service were awesome!

All Adult Family Trip

Having been impacted by the hurricanes in Florida, we chose to go to Scottsdale for a Holiday trip. We found this property on VRBO. The outdoor activitiesand living space as well as the size of the property attracted us. We did activities around Scottsdale but some of our best days were hanging out around the property. Highly recommended for that area of Scottsdale especially if you like to golf.

Scottsdale Retreat

Great location. Quiet neighborhood for walking/running. Relatively short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, hiking and Four Seasons cocktails on their terrace. House is perfect for large families. We had 3 families with a total of 4 young ones plus 6 adults. Swimming pool provides endless entertainment for young family members. Theatre room is an extra for entertainment. We only discovered the games tucked away in a cabinet for young ones near the end of our trip. Large kitchen is easy to cook in. BBQ outside with a pass through kitchen window. A perfect retreat from life!

Special Family Gathering Property

The expansive property, both inside & outside, with it's many amenities, provided our blended family an enjoyable weekend together. A spacious kitchen accommodated several cooks, for pleasurable dining experiences. The comfortable bedrooms & available extra bedding provided everyone their own personal sleeping spot. 2 dishwashers & separate full-sized refrigerator & freezer, made for easy clean-up and only one grocery trip the entire weekend, giving us more time to play & lounge in the comfortable backyard. With it's own TV's , bar, grill, spa, pool, & many games, everyone was able to engage in a favorite activity all day long. The TV's, bar, movie & poker rooms were a big hit for nighttime fun. CJ & Jamie are responsive managers; we didn't need to ask for anything during our stay, everything worked perfectly but I greatly appreciated the clear expectations & CJ checking for understanding so there were no misunderstandings on check-in/check-out. One safety highlight for awareness & reasonable expectations - the interior front room & master bedroom both have step-downs that blend with the flooring; hard to see & easy to trip over. For senior/infant walkers, these are an issue - any distracted person can easily misstep. That being said, the house is large enough that one could conceivably avoid the front room. For any family or group of friends desiring to gather together, this property is a very special location, providing luxury, cleanliness, comfort and fun!

The property was super spacious and exactly as it appeared when advertised, if not better. The location is fantastic, very quite area and despite having no passing traffic, is only 7/8 minutes from all amenities and restaurants. You actually have everything you could possibly need to within this small area. However, within 10 minutes you can be on the highway if you want to go further afield. Views from the property are amazing and the sunsets fantastic. We love the desert environment The property was very clean and well maintained and mostly everything worked perfectly. Some TV's (especially the outside ones) are not the best and the gym equipment could do with updating. The pool was fantastic and the spa whirlpool really nice. CJ was an exceptional host, really friendly and super responsive (not that there was much to bother him with) I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.We spent most of the time relaxing however all the nearby restaurants were great, Topgolf is 20 minutes away and a great way to spend the morning/evening. Its great fun and you can order up food and relax while you are doing it - the service there is fantastic as well - we went at least half a dozen times! Fashion square in Scottsdale is a great mall for shopping also Overall we had a great holiday and love Scottsdale! Thankyou very much to the home owners and managers for making it a seamless experience!

Consistency is everything esp as a repeat guest. This property never fails to deliver with plenty of space for virtual work and play. Family spring break 2022

Great property with everything we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood with lots or surrounding shops/stores and restaurants. Easy quick check in process with CJ. House with plenty of space to spread out. Kids loved the pool and sport court. Unfortunately it was windy the middle of the week so we had a lot of leaves/needles from surrounding trees that blew into the pool that required frequent cleaning/skimming. CJ was super responsive in getting maintenance to put the automatic pool cleaner in the same day we requested it. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect property for work, play & rest !!

Beautiful property in peaceful neighborhood. Private and complete backyard sanctuary to relax or to be active on the court or in the pool. Perfect for families with space for everyone including plenty of seating options for dining & beautifully appointed master suite. Comfortable working spaces for those with remote needs. Property mgr sets the bar for service excellence with communication before and during visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family if 10 loved our stay.The house is well stocked, very clean, beautiful, comfortable beds and furniture, and had so many areas to spread out.We were there for a week and sorry it wasn’t longer. With all the hiking and activities in the area, we didn’t have a chance to use all the amenities at the house as much as we would have liked.CJ was very responsive before and during our stay to answer questions in addition to greeting us upon arrival. It was very. Convenient to good restaurants and markets. We had deliveries from Whole Foods, Safeway and Total Wine on our first day. Many relatively nearby choices for hiking, horseback riding, interesting towns like Cave Creek, a gold mine town and The Museum of Musical Instruments.
