This newly renovated single-story home offers a spacious 2,049 square feet with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests.

After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the main open floor plan living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining room.
 
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishing including a queen-size sleeper sofa, accent chairs, a 65” Smart TV, decorative fireplace (not operational).
 
There’s an adjacent game/pool table area that offers a pool table, high-top game bar and plenty of board games!
 
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cooking appliances that is suitable for preparing any meal, from cooking a simple breakfast, quick snack or a full 3-course gourmet dinner. Spacious granite countertops provide plenty of space to cook whatever you desire. The kitchen comes with cookware.
