This property is fabulous. We had it last year for Spring Training and went out of our way to get it again this year. Host Wendy is nice and very helpful.The pool and Jacuzzi are pristine, Bocci Ball court is fun and the Ping Pong/Pool table in the front room was a favorite.Definitely recommend this property.

House was great. Had 12 people, more than enough room for everyone to have their space. Was clean, had what we needed to cook/grill. Pool was great, don’t think it heated to the 80s though but was comfortable enough to swim in February, so no complaints. Wish we did not have to contact host every time we wanted to use hot tub, but when used it felt good and relaxing.

My family had a great time swimming in the heated pool and enjoying the sunshine in the backyard. There is an outdoor TV that we enjoyed watching football while swimming. We also had a great time playing bags on the turf grass. The whole family enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. There were so many different types of restaurants and entertainment not too far from the property. The host was great and we would stay again for sure. There were 11 of us when we stayed and there was plenty of space for everyone to hangout together and enough space where someone could take time to themselves.

Loved the yard

This property fit our group perfectly. It was clean. We loved the yard. Wendy was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The only thing that was a minor problem for us was the location. It was just a little far from all of the things we were doing on our stay. But, the house and yard was great!

Spring Training Getaway

we had a great time with two couples and three kids, ranging in age between 9-13. Nice big back yard, great pool and plenty of room inside for at-home meals. The owner was awesome to work with the whole time. She gave great recommendations for food and was very responsive to any needs we had.

Dodger Spring Training Games

Seven or eight senior guys have been going to Dodgers Spring Training games for the last seven years and this is by far the best property. It's in a nice neighborhood, close to the ballparks. It had big rooms, lots of bedroom/bathroom space, convenient kitchen, nice outside amenities, very clean and the covered pool table converted to ping-pong was a big hit. Wendy, the owner, was the best! Always available and helpful even though she was a few states away. In the past we have usually had trouble contacting the host but definitely a positive in this case. We hope to stay here in future years as there is no reason to look elsewhere.

People coming from cold loved the hot tub and then cold plunging in the pool. The ping pong and pool table were a big hit. It’s easy access to I10 for traveling. The host was easily accessible and very responsive. The coffee bar was also great so people could be making their drinks and out of the way of cooks.

Perfect relaxing and spacious

Wendy was great to rent from right from the start. Very informative and instantly responsive. The property was spotlessly clean, Kitchen large and accommodating. The bedrooms are spread out and all had direct bathrooms. While we were a group of 7 we never felt crowded and had our own personal space when needed. We didn’t use the pool as it was not heated - we could have opted to heat but did not. We did use the hot tub which Wendyset on our personal schedule. We spent a lot of time in the outside sitting area with the large TV watching college football AND enjoying the sun. Location was super close to shopping, restaurants and even a casino. We definitely would recommend this property for large or medium size groups.
