Mainiot uima-altaat, isot huoneet, mukava henkilökunta, kohtuullinen kuntosali, hauska oma keilahalli, hyvät retkipalvelut ja ok sijainti kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, ostos- ja hierontapaikoista sekä merenrannasta. Hotellin omat ravintolat vähän hintavia, tasoltaan keskinkertaisia ja suht tylsiä, tosin livemusa oli yllättävän tasokasta. Monet hotellin omista ravintoloista olivat kiinni, mikä oli melkoinen antikliimaksi. Aamiaistila oli myös todella täynnä, jos ei ollut liikkeellä kukonlaulun aikaan. Ja sen ulkotila pulujen valtaama.

Personnel pas sympa, aucun service, hotel vieillissant très mal et personnel de sécurité odieux qui se permet d'insulter vos invités... A éviter à tout prix !!!

Rannan läheisyys oli oikein hyvä. Ihmetytti ettei iltaa varten laitettu huoneita kuntoon, vaikka Thaimaassa kyseisten tähtiluokitusten mukaisesti yleensä tehdään. Huoneemme oli muutoinkin Deluxe-huone. Palvelu ei henkilökunnalla ollut erikoista.

Room was as nice but it was a little small for three people. The bed were comfortable. Breakfast was yummy and alot of variety to choose from. The hotel was right beside the beach and walking distance to main road to get a bike or tuk tuk and easy to get anywhere central to Puhket

I had a great stay, it is in a great location and the facilities are excellent the only downside is lack of cooking facilities and utensils in the large kitchen area.

Pros: Les piscines sont très jolies ,le cadre extérieur y est très agréable ....
Cons: Le problème des transats ....
Location: Nombreux restaurants en sortant de l hôtel ....la plage en face ...parfait pour la situation
Hotel très bien placé, très beaux jardins ,proche de tout les commerces ainsi que la plage ....juste à traverser ....superbes piscines extérieures avec un seul inconvénient pour les transats qui sont insuffisants et occasionnent des querelles ts les matins car les gens se lèvent pour se reserver des transats et mettre des serviettes des 6h du matin !!!

Sijainti hyvä, huoneet homeessa.

Huone oli kostea/homeessa. Henkilökunta ei ota vastaan kritiikkiä vaan muuttuvat kielitaidottomiksi. Sijainti on hyvä kaikinpuolin.
