A deposit of 1000 is required upon check in for any damage inside the villa, which will be restored upon check out after verification of the house. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included at the time of check in. In case of need to change or add others it will be possible and will have an additional cost. The cost of electricity is included up to 100KWH / week, excess consumption will be charged at check out at the rate of 0.35 / KWH. Check Out must be done WITHIN AND NOT AFTER 10:00 am. The kitchen must be left tidy, otherwise 100 will be required for extra cleaning. The cost of electricity is 0.35 / Kwh which will be deducted from the security deposit. ENVIRONMENT Separate collection in the city of Piedimonte is mandatory. We ask you to separate plastic, glass and paper. At the entrance you will find the bins where to throw the various waste. Please DO NOT leave the light on when you go out. We ask you to turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the room.
