Great Pigeon Forge location and price! 3bd 2ba with indoor/outdoor pool

Location, location, location! Welcome to the Great Smoky Mountains! We have a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo nestled right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, TN. We offer everything you will need to have a relaxing and amazing time away from home. All the furniture is brand new and everything is freshly painted. We are located right off the Parkway in the middle of everything, but the location is very quiet. Our unit is a ground floor, corner end unit providing access from the main entrance but also french doors for easy peasy loading and unloading. No lugging your stuff up and down stairs or in and out of elevators!

We offer a fully stocked, spacious kitchen with granite countertops. The cabinets are labeled to easily help you find whatever you need to prepare your meals. Both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker are provided as well as a full assortment of small appliances and cookware.

The kitchen shares a bar top with the dining room which provides 4 bar stools for breakfast, additional dinner seating, or simply socializing while meals are prepared. The dining room provides a beautiful wooden table and chairs. We also have a high chair stored in the Master bedroom closet if it’s needed.

Our living room area features a gorgeous brown leather queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and a recliner. There is a quaint electric fire place that just adds to the charm of the room. It also boasts a 50” smart led television with access to Netflix.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart tv, dresser, and spacious closet. You will find a pack-n-play with bassinet and changing table attachments in this closet if it is needed with a mattress pad. Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom. This bathroom has a stand-up shower, Jacuzzi bathtub, and granite countertops on a spacious vanity with a hairdryer and small flat iron. All linens/towels are provided and you will find extra pillows in the bedroom closets for our guests that require a little extra support while they sleep.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with memory foam mattress, closet and a chest of drawers. There is also a smart television.

The 3rd bunk bedroom is equipped with kids in mind. There is a twin over full bunk bed with side ladder access. That way if adults need to sleep there too, you don’t have to worry about dodging a ladder. Underneath the full bed is a pull-out twin sized trundle for the ultimate sleepover! We have a smart tv in there as well. We also have a foosball table in there to keep kids and adults alike occupied when needed.

The guest bathroom has dual access from the 2nd queen bedroom and the hallway. This bathroom is equipped with a stand-up shower and has granite countertops.

There is a washer/dryer combo in the closet across from the hall bathroom. We provide you with laundry soap in the closet across from the kitchen.

The complex offers 1 outdoor pool, 1 indoor pool, and 1 outdoor hot tub inside a gated pool area. The pool area has spacious sundecks with chairs as well as covered tables. The outdoor pool usually opens around May 1st and closes around September 30 all pending weather. The pool house has restrooms. Under the sinks in the bathrooms, you will also find striped pool towels provided by us. Just outside the pool area is a wonderful playground area for kids to enjoy. There are large grassy areas for other outdoor games and picnic tables and grills are provided for outdoor cooking and dining. You will need to remember to get some charcoal so you can enjoy grilling outside, we have grill utensils in the kitchen.

We want you to feel right at home, so we've provided all the comforts you need. We have games, books, and puzzles to keep families occupied when it's time to be indoors. We also offer Basketball Court, Shuffle Board Court, Corn Hole Toss, Horseshoes, Walking Path, Swings, Playgrounds, Picnic tables & BBQ's. Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger. We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience. We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to a great local favorite restaurant the Local Goat, Dunkin Donuts and 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight. At the main road, there is a trolley stop that will take you throughout the local area (including Dollywood).
