This wonderful condo is located minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and in the Whispering Pines Condo development!



Getting Around:

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Pigeon Forge, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.



Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this condo

• This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum

• We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area

• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate from October–March, depending on the weather

• Coffee maker is a regular drip machine — bring your own coffee

• The condo is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator access

• The outdoor pool and lazy river typically open around Memorial Day and close at the end of August — dates subject to change without notice and controlled by the HOA

• The indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round — dates and maintenance are controlled by the HOA and may change without notice

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
