Bring your boat and stay docked at this unique 4 bedroom 3 full bath canal front home. The house is laid out to entertain, handicap accessible, and sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. Enjoy summer nights on the spacious deck over the gas fire pit or cuddle up inside next to the fireplace on those chilly days. The property offers 3 docks, plenty of room to dock up to 5 midsize boats. Weather you're a family looking for a vacation or a avid fisherman/duck hunter this house will satisfy the needs.

The space
The main floor consists of master bedroom with king bed and full. 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins. Washer, dryer, 2nd full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a king bed with baby crib. The 4th bedroom has a full and queen bed. Also there is a full bath on this floor as well. The basement is finished with a bar, office area, and futon. The basement walks out into the garage/game room which is insulated and heated. Garage has a built in handicap ramp that leads to main level. The house sits on 300ft of canal frontage and has 3 docks to park boats. Full fish cleaning station, massive deck with natural gas fire pit, wood burning pit and sand area, screened in porch with propane grill. 18kw back up generator so your vacation doesn't get ruined by a storm. The house is perfect for boaters, fisherman, and duck hunters. Within minutes you can be on Wildfowl Bay.

Girls get away

Such a beautiful and cozy home! There were 7 of us (sorority sisters from college). We had such a wonderful time. We had one day of rainy weather, so the game room was perfect. This is our 3rd Vrbo that we have stayed at, as a group, and we decided that this one was by far our very favorite. Kuddos to the owners on making this home so comfy and inviting.

Our stay at Chateau Vigne was absolutely wonderful! The property made our trip!! Marilynn was so helpful and the communication was perfect. The chateau is beautifully appointed and our hosts did not forget a thing, from the most lovely linens, extra towels, and fresh coffee, to an array of toiletries in case we forgot something. We enjoyed the outdoor space very much, the wildlife and the serene landscape were so relaxing. That said, there was plenty to do and we took advantage of the games and large dining area during our stay. I will definitely book this gorgeous place again!

Exceptional home away from home

The location is perfect in a peaceful neighborhood. You immediately know that this house is someone's home because of each meticulous, loving detail. Communication with Kyle was immediate and accommodating. Spending the day outside on the deck is like a vacation itself. So many great things about this home! The size of it fit all of us, the outdoor area, patio, yard, fish cleaning station a plus! We saw so much wildlife, deer everywhere! Kyle was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Easy access to Lake Huron through the canal. My husband and son caught several walleye and other fish. We really enjoyed our stay!

Roomy and inviting

We had a great stay at this property with 2 other couples. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. We all walked in and were wowed! Decorating was very nice and the property was very clean inside and out. We really wanted to enjoy the outside area but the weather was a little chilly. The pool table was used a lot and it was nice with a fridge in the garage so we could have easy access to drinks in the game area. We made several meals at the house and most cooking supplies were on hand. A couple things we should have brought was cooking spray and tinfoil. We would not hesitate to stay hear again!

We were really happy with our stay here. We chose this property because it has a wheelchair ramp to the main floor, so that really suited our needs. The house is very beautiful, well stocked, and clean. The rules and checkout expectations were clear and extremely reasonable. I loved watching the deer in the morning.
