What can you expect?
* All bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will also find hair dryers, fresh towels, and laundry access.
* A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, and trash bags (3) are provided.
* Every bed will have a fresh set of linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided.
* No parking is allowed on the street. Two-three vehicles can park easily in the driveway.
* Local customer service is available 8 am-10 pm.
* Check-in must be completed by 10:00 PM on your arrival day.

Please note: No ATV use is allowed on the property and the bocce ball court belongs to the neighbor, not this property.

The house was very clean and in a quiet location with low lighting near the top of the Portal IV gated community north of Pine. The location is great for star gazing and relaxing near the Mogollan Rim.

This was a very nice house, we enjoyed the beautiful views, very clean, great location, easy checkout! My grandkids loved the game room, hiking was all within 30min. I would give it a 10!! I didn’t receive any check in or check out info, had to call and get it!

Reservation cancelled last minute by owner!

After traveling 10 hours and arriving in the area our reservation was canceled 3 hours before our stay. The host/property manager thought there were wildfires near the property. We spoke to the Pine FD and they stated all is well and it was safe, the was 5 miles away! The morning we were to check in they sent a text to welcome us to the property and hoped we had a great time. Nothing changed in the fire from when we received the welcome text to the cancelation text. Pine was thriving for the weekend with people everywhere! Sad they would not listen to what was happening and getting rude when we spoke to you was not appreciated! We will not book with you again. *BTW, we booked another house in Pine for the same dates which was incredible! We will stay there again in the future.

Amazing Vacation

Our stay at this house was amazing! They had coffee out for us, they had two granola bars, they had plenty of towels and extra blankets for the cold. The house felt homey yet very clean. There was a beautiful balcony to overlook the woods. The pots and pans were very nice and very nice to cook with. they had a lovely fake fireplace. And a very nice loft to play games on. They even had shampoo and body wash plus make up wipes in all the bathrooms. our stay was incredible and we hope to stay there again.

Family Getaway

Our overall stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and very well equipped. We were visiting our daughter and our grandchildren. There was plenty to do at the house and our hikes and views were wonderful! Many lasting memories were made. The downside to this whole experience was a lack of communication from Elite. Also, when we arrived at Sundial Circle there was no way indication which house was our rental. When contacting Elite they told me to just "ping" it on Google. Which we had already tried without success. Alyssa said she would do it but she couldn't either. So we had to wait for the mountain team to send us an address. The whole process wasted a half hour of the early check in process.

Summer trip

We loved this property! The only challenge is that the address provided is not a true mailing address and customer support was not very helpful with navigation. Luckily we knew the area and could figure it out, but I would strongly encourage property management to correct the issue for those unfamiliar with Pine or Portal IV. The home has a great view and is very relaxing!

Over the top find

The house was in a gated community and very easy to find. The house was clean and mer all our need. The best extra was the herd of elk the walked thru the property like a parade. The town was conveniently close by too. What a beautiful stay and we hope to return to the same house soon. The management team was great and on hand quickly too when checkin had a couple glitches. Highly recommend this property and VRBO!
