The host was great and very responsive. The property was overall great; however, a few small improvements could enhance the experience, such as ensuring all bedsheets are freshly cleaned, floors are vacuumed, and proper ventilation is provided before check-in to avoid any damp odor in the basement.

We had a group of 12 people staying for the weekend and this cabin was perfect. The cabin looks just like the pictures and has lots of room and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Great neighborhood that is close to everything. Alex always responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Rustic Pinetop Chalet

Our family group was there to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. The size of the house was perfect for our numbers. The layout worked well, providing space for the energetic young boys and conversation areas for the adults both indoors and out, and spacious room for our game-playing family activities. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare and feed our large group and clean up after them. There was an ample number of bath towels and bathing supplies. Overall our stay was much as we expected and enjoyed by all our family.

Beautiful home with Amazing Deck

So we use vacation rentals quite a bit in the Showlow and Pinetop Lakeside area. This by far is one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. We hosted multigenerational family get together with a party at 10 that included adults and children. The property was amazing all around. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and playing games as a family. Outdoor fire pit and play area was great for the kids. And you’re right in the heart of Pine top. Communication with the property host was exceptional all the way from the booking process to the checkout process. In the home was equipped with anything you would need or hope for.

Amazing Family Christmas

We booked this property for our Family Christmas with our daughters and new granddaughter along with their husband/fiancee. This cabin is beyond beautiful and the owner also decorated it for Christmas as well. We walked in to a fully decorated Christmas Tree along with other trees throughout the cabin. There were other special Holiday touches as well throughout the cabin. The whole property is amazing and we went on walks during the day. The Cabin was equipped with anything and everything that you could have possibly forgotten. They thought of everything. A perfect family get away. The fireplaces made everything very cozy. A friendly ping pong game between my husband and daughter reminded our daughter who the ping pong master is. The owner was available at all times for us whenever we had any questions. There were so many different activities to do on this property, you could never be bored. I HIGHLY recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Our family stayed tge weekend and enjoyed this beautiful cabin. The weekend we went ,there was tons of snow and it was really cold. So, we want to come back in the summer to enjoy the decks, and outdoor amenities that they have.

We can't say enough about Alex and this property! We booked to stay for our wedding week, and it was more than we expected! Perfect for all ages. Has safety features for kids. We were able to visit with family and friends with blissful forrest views. House is very stocked and accomadating. Our dog got out while we were gone and Alex notified us. Very thankful! Great Mother’s Day getaway!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Loved the home and the check in process! The only downfall was that there needed to be more organization in regards to pots pans Tupperware and the pantry! But we loved that there were plenty of plates cups and utensils that were well organized with a fully stocked up spice cabinet. Friend trip to the cool pines!

The house was comfortable and the a/c worked great. The decks were really awesome for hanging out. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The downside was the place was dirty. The carpets in the master had huge stains, the bath rugs dirty, the beautiful decks and outdoor tables were dirty, but the owner told us to use a blower to clean it off - rather than have his cleaning crew spend 10 min total to clean it before our arrival. The cushions on all the deck furniture were so dirty and the chaise lounge chair cushions should have been thrown away a couple years ago. He offered to send the carpet cleaners, but we were all moved in and didn’t want strangers in the house. The gas grill on the top deck dang near caught the roof overhang on fire because there was so much old grease in it - flames 3-5 feet above the griddles and the hot grease dripped out of the bottom. The grill on the lower decks had old rusty griddles. And to top it off, the first time we opened the microwave, a trim piece fell off and broke. When I let him know about that, he basically said he’d make a claim against our damage insurance to fix it, even though it was likely broken before we arrived. Overall, if the place had a serious deep cleaning including the grills, we would have given a much better review.

Excellent place to stayed!

This cabin was clean. The decor was fun theme. The kitchen was well equipped. A lot of television throughout the cabin. The enough bedrooms for a large family. Good patio for eating and relaxing. Beautiful views. Our family enjoyed our stayed there.

Rustic Pinetop Chalet - Perfect Thanksgiving Cabin

This cabin was a PERFECT place to spend our family Thanksgving. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children). This cozy cabin was stocked with ALL the supplies we needed (kitchen essentials and more, paper towels & toilet paper, an abundance of towels & bedding, games, etc). The location was perfect, close to restaurants and a grocery store, and the neighborhood was very quiet with very nice neighbors. The trampoline and zipline were a highlight for the kids! The host's responsiveness was amazing and we appreciated his excellent communication. Thank you, Alex, for sharing this beautiful cabin with us. Your cabin was perfect for our family to make some beautiful Thanksgiving memories.
