Tranquility and Beauty in the Heart of Pinetop Lakes

The Bobolink House is located in the heart of Pinetop Lakes. No overhead wires, just beautiful pines, quaking aspen and oak trees throughout the neighborhood. Our home is 1582 SF and is a single level home. The kitchen, dining area and family room all open to each other giving the living space a real family feeling. The family room has a 50" smart TV (including cable stations), two full size leather sofas along with a very comfortable matching leather chair and ottoman. The new dining table seats six and is plenty large enough to play games or complete your puzzle. The natural gas fireplace in the family room adds to that special feeling of being in the mountains in the colder months and the central air conditioning will help you stay cool in the warmer months.

Our favorite spot in the whole house is the front Trex deck overlooking the front yard area and the neighborhood. We added four very relaxing Trex Adirondack rocking chairs for your comfort. The beauty of the pines and oak trees on our property and the private feeling you get from this deck make it a very special place to enjoy your morning coffee or to sit out with family or friends and enjoy a generous glass of wine in the late afternoon. There is plenty of tree shade to enjoy this space most of the day.

The master bedroom has a very restful king size bed, jet tub, two sinks, a walk-in closet, dresser, a 50" smart TV (including cable stations) and a super soothing Scandinavian Design leather recliner and ottoman to relax into while reading a good book or to take a peaceful nap while looking through the oversized windows to our beautiful back yard.

For couples traveling together, we have you covered! The 2nd bedroom, located on the opposite end of the house from the master bedroom, has a beautiful queen size bed, smart TV (including cable stations), great views, a walk-in closet, dresser, a fully functional workstation with a laser printer and your own full bathroom.

For those of you traveling with family, the third bedroom has a fun full/twin combo bunk bed with two very comfortable oversized been bags, the ideal set up for long hours of video gaming or watching your favorite show on your private TV (including cable stations). There is even a small desk built into the bunk bed, in case anyone has some left-over homework they have to work on.

The back covered deck is great to take in an evening meal or to enjoy a good book in the rocker located outside the master bedroom.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fully stocked kitchen, board games and puzzles, Corn hole boards, blue tooth speaker, gas barbecue, two car garage, WIFI, high speed internet, four Smart flat screen TV’s (including cable stations) and a smart lock on the front door. We use a professional cleaning service to thoroughly clean, sanitize and prepare the house before every visit.

The Bobolink House is conveniently located near restaurants and shops, Pinetop Lakes Golf Course, the Hon-Dah Casino, Sunrise Ski Resort, lakes, streams and hiking trails.
