Experience paradise in Pismo at the Beachside Bliss! Newly updated decor and furnishings! This sparkling three-story home is located just one block from beach access, and only a few blocks from the main downtown area! 6 guests fit comfortably within the 3 bedrooms; we provide a double-height air mattress to accommodate 8. Each of the three bedrooms feature comfy queen beds, and flat screen smart TV's. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has its own bathroom across the hallway! A half-bath is conveniently located on the main living second floor. The second floor balcony patio has a gas bbq and dining seating, and the rooftop deck has a dining table plus lounge chairs. In the garage you will find an arcade with over 400 games, board games, beach gear (ice chests, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels), and baby gear (highchair, pack-n-play, stroller)! One car can fit in the garage with the ping-pong table set up, two cars if the ping-pong table is folded. All the amenities you need are provided: a fully stocked kitchen for cooking/baking, coffee, WiFi, 4k flat-screen smart TV in the living room, ceiling fans in each bedroom & living room, a flat screen TV in the garage specifically for hooking up your gaming system, towels & linens, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, interior walls insulated for sound and privacy, soft water system.

Loved the views from the patios, the proximity to the beach and stores and things to do. Loved the colors and decor, very cheerful and uplifting. Wish there was a washer and dryer. Snacks on the counter and lots of kitchenware to stay comfortably. Great place to stay!

This property was excellent based on location, size, amenities and communication when we had questions during the stay! I booked a girls trip and couldn’t be happier! There was plenty of towels, beach supplies including chairs, boogie boards, beach mats, coolers
it was awesome! The view was great! The kitchen was supplied with about everything you could need. The only thing I’d tell you to bring besides your luggage and self would be ice! 6 women
.beach bound and wanting tons of water and beverages in the evening required more ice faster than the freezer could make it! Book this place & prepare to simply be home away from home! So much fun and memories made!

Probably the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in. Absolutely everything we could have needed was provided and well stocked for our 3-night stay. House was clean, and everything was in working order. It was a short walk to the beach and to plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops as well. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Family Vacation

Amazing property! Super clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay! Very short walk to the beach, and plenty of chairs, towels, and toys. It’s clearly stated that there are 3 bedrooms, and an air mattress, but our family of 8 was a bit snug. Excellent communication with the property manager. I highly recommend it!

Great beach location

Great house in a great location in Pismo Beach. We had a short 2 day stay and wished we stayed longer. The property is as advertised - lovely, very well appointed, short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very nice house.

This was the perfect place with easy access to the beach and downtown. Would definitely stay again. Just note that the chairs on the rooftop make a lot of noise if it is a windy night so lay them down before you go to bed and before it starts raining hard.

Perfect beach getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house in Pismo Beach!! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach and pier! The hosts went above and beyond with their communication - they were incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. This was the ideal getaway for our family and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Being a family that is used to booking hotels in Pismo Beach we never considered renting a home. I’m not know why we didn’t do it sooner! This place has everything and more. From check-in to overall cleanliness and location, This had it all. Will definitely be recommending this location to others.

Perfect getaway!

The location was perfect just a short 5 min walk to the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay house was very clean and the ping pong table and gaming system in the garage was hit. I have a 4star in cleanliness only due to the outside grills on both levels being dirty and had lots of spider webs in and outside of the grill . I messaged the owner with my concerns and they were very apologetic, as they use an outside cleaning source to maintain home. That was my only complaint. I would love to book another stay here in the future and will recommend this home to family and friends.

This was a great property for a family get together. Walking distance to most of what we wanted to do and a big enough kitchen/dining room area to accommodate everyone for in-house meals. Would recommend and will try to stay again when we're in the area.

Excellent Unit

Please read this review to see why I dropped one star; the items that affected me may not be of concern to you. It is an outstanding unit in a very good location - only a couple of blocks to beach access. When we arrived, I was concerned about the busy street, but that did not prove to be an issue; the windows must have excellent soundproofing. The unit is in excellent shape and I'm sure part of the reason is the owner's very clear concern. We found the many laminated signs with warnings about what to do/not do, along with the plastic runners on the stairs a bit offputting. Also, the two bath tubs need some care - which I'm sure the owner will attend to. There is no laundry in the unit and they refer you to a laundromat across the street. The garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table and a large game console. They provided beach towels and coolers (we brought our own) . The kitchen was wonderfully stocked - we've never seen so many plastic glasses. So, you've read this far and can see our concerns were minor. If there were an option for 4.5 stars, we'd give this unit that score. Would definitely consider this unit for another visit.

Beautiful & comfortable

Location is great, house is beautiful inside and out. Cooking meals for my family was nice in the lovely kitchen. We enjoyed sitting at the dining table under the unique chandelier. There are a lot of stairs, but not an issue. Some things could have been a bit cleaner, hand prints on the walls in the stair well, and the windows behind the couch, refrigerator had some crumbs, under the beds there were “dust bunnies”, and some spider webs and spiders on the patios. Everything else, however, was clean and comfortable, beds, linens, bathrooms, etc. My family enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!
