The Interior:
Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious open-plan dining and kitchen area that serves as the heart of the apartment. To the left of the entrance, you’ll find the first of three generously proportioned bedrooms, along with the first of two bathrooms. Continuing through the kitchen, a broad central hallway provides access to an expansive balcony, lounge, the main bathroom, the utility room, and the two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features a dedicated dressing room with its own direct access to the balcony. The kitchen, lounge, and master bathroom each frame uninterrupted views of the Chiemgau Alps — transforming even a simple moment at the sink into an experience of remarkable alpine scenery.


The Kitchen:
A chef-ready space with brand-new appliances, perfect for preparing local Bavarian or International foods. A large open plan dining room area with a wood fireplace for those cooler autumn and winter nights

The Bedrooms:
Three spacious bedrooms sleeping six guests. The master suite features a large dressing room and own balcony entrance

The Bathrooms:
Fully renovated with a focus on wellness, featuring premium fixtures and large rain-water style showers. The master bathroom has a free standing bath for those who just want to let time pass by with a soak in the bathtub.

The Experience:
Beyond the apartment, guests have exclusive access to a large recreational space in the original historic barn.

This includes: Secure Dedicated Bike Storage: Specifically designed for cyclists exploring the region.

Private Games Room: Darts, Kicker, Chess, Cards, Board games or puzzles. Not every day has to be an active "out and about".

Cycling: Immediate, direct access to the famous Mozart Bike Route with hundreds more user created routes available in popular apps like Komoot

Lakes: A 5-minute drive to the tranquil Eggstätt or Obing lakes, or 15 minutes to the crystal-clear waters of Chiemsee. Over 30 lakes within 20km radius of the apartment - spoilt for choice.

Hiking: A short drive brings you to the trailheads of the Chiemgau Alps and the famous Kampenwand
