Situated on over 2 acres of beautiful Caribbean beachfront, Kitty's Place Beach house offers unobstructed views of the sea. The house is comfortably set back from our 200 feet of white sandy beach with Coconut Palms, Sea Grapes, and Mango Trees providing shade and tropical fruits throughout the year. Located 1 mile north of Placencia village, you have the luxury of a private home with an easy 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive/taxi to town. The house sleeps 4 and is well suited for families offering 2 optionally air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 ½ baths. The master bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, private deck and an extensive bath: separate Shower, Bathtub, and Bidet. The second bedroom with a queen bed has easy access to the half bath. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to cook for yourself. Walking distance to restaurants.
There is a smart tv in the living room and Wifi is included.
The full sized bathroom is only accessible through main bedroom
