Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles, nourriture de cantine, insalubrité chambres et lieux communs, personnel non accueillant, je suis dégouté d'avoir payé un prix aussi cher pour cet hôtel qui ne vaut pas un kopek ! A fuir !

L'hotel est tres bien pour les familles, les animations, la nourriture, ... tout est au top. A tenir en compte que la plage est en galets, il y a pas mal de Fourmies. Très bonnes vacances, on recommande

Erinomainen hotelli lapsiperheelle. Todella hyvät ruoat ja ystävällinen palvelu!! Pieni miinus siitä, että käytävästä kuului hyvin äänet huoneeseen.

Old but nice hotel

Pros: The staff were friendly and the evening programs were brilliant. Hotel was clean and meals work well. There was food certainly for all tastes.
Cons: The room was too mirhtles with hard bed and wi-fi was very expensive.
Location: The hotel is a bit aside but not too far from Platanias or Chania. Bus route runs next to hotel.
The room wasn't very homey. It wasn't decorated at all. Noice from the neighbour room is heard too clearly. Bed was also too hard. Springs felt on the back because there was no mattress pad. Pool area was nice and the snacks and drinks nearby was good thing.
