Entering the open plan space on the ground floor, we find ourselves in the minimally decorated living room. Super comfortable sofas, dining area, 50" Smart TV with satellite channels and free Netflix, individual air-conditioning/heating and other modern amenities offer you the ultimate relaxation. Fast Wi-Fi connection throughout the villa is an extra plus for your entertainment on your holidays.
The bright kitchen offers plenty of cooking space, as well as a great variety of electrical appliances, pantry items and cooking equipment to prepare any special meal your family wishes! The shaded terrace, accessed from the main entrance, with a dining area is a great alternative for you to enjoy your meal and the unique surroundings!

First floor

Up to the first floor, we find the Master bedroom and the second bedroom, as well as the Master bathroom. King-size beds with top mattresses, high quality anatomic mattresses, memory foam pillows, LCD TVs with satellite channels, individual air conditioning and heating, large closets and private balconies with panoramic views of the mountain and the sea.
The Master bathroom, with washing machine and dryer, also offers a Jet-Tub, for unique moments of relaxation!

Lower floor

The super luxurious en-suite Suite Room on the lower floor will surely amaze you! Following the aesthetic and unique design of the rest of the villa, this room offers privacy and is suitable also for older couples, as it accesses directly to the garden.
Modern furnishing and special lighting, brand-new king-size bed with top mattress, memory foam pillows, a comfortable sofa bed for the 7th guest, en-suite shower bathroom and individual air-conditioning are the special amenities of this bedroom.

The pool area also offers a refreshing outdoor pool shower to enjoy, after swimming in the pool.

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price. Woods for the fireplace on winter reservations only.
✔ Heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The charge of the pool is included in the booking price. On summer months no heating needed.
✔ Central heating on winter reservations. The fee for the central heating is 250 euro/week.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

Villa Dream is sited on the hillside of the small village of Afrata on the north coast of the region of Chania. Surrounded by olive trees with great views of the mountain and the sea, just one minute drive from the beautiful beach.
Only 5 minutes from the town of Kolimpari where you can find your shopping and 15 minutes from the famous Platanias, where you can find everything, you like for the evening entertainment. The capital Chania City is only 31km by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda (30 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (34 km). Heraklion airport with the code name HER is also convenient (153 km).
