Casa Passalacqua ist eine offene Villa mit 5 großen Schlafzimmern, 4. 5 Badezimmern, in denen 6-12 Personen bequem Platz finden. Die Villa befindet sich in der Nähe des Eingangs der exklusiven Wohnanlage von Playacar, Phase 1. Die Villa ist ein 4-stöckiges, 3500 m² großes Haus mit herrlichem Meerblick und einem eigens gebauten Infinity-Whirlpool / Pool, auf dem Sie bei Sonnenuntergang Cocktails genießen können. Einen atemberaubenden Blick! Kann als 3 Schlafzimmern gemietet werden.


Beschreibung des Ferien Verleihe- Haus: In der 1. Etage sind die Wohn- und Essbereich, die Küche, die mit Top-Modell der Geräte, sowie ein WC und die Höhle / Schlafraum ausgestattet ist. Es gibt 3 Gästezimmer auf der 2. Etage, die alle ein eigenes Vollbad haben, Deckenventilatoren und eine thermostatisch zentrale AC-Gerät mit Fernbedienung. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse und bietet einen Blick auf den herrlichen Karibik. Die dritte Etage ist ein Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, eine Sitzecke mit 3 Stück Sofa und ein extra großes Badezimmer (die auch zum 2 Einzelbetten getrennt werden kann). Vor den Toren der großen Master-Suite, werden Sie ein großformatiges Jacuzzi mit Infinity-Wasserfall. Eine Caracol-Treppe führt Sie hinauf auf die Dachterrasse mit einem eingebauten Grill, zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem beeindruckenden 360-Grad-Blick.

Nehmen Sie fünf Minuten zu Fuß mit Panoramablick und Sie sind auf der berühmten Fifth Ave. von Playa del Carmen an der Riviera Maya. Verpackt in ein paar Kilometern beschränkt auf Fußgänger finden Sie Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars und Nachtclubs, alle Freizeitaktivitäten; Geldwechselstuben, Cafés, Internet-Cafés und Kioske Informationen zu erhalten und Reservierung für Touren und Aktivitäten vor Ort. Gehen Sie zur Fähre nach Cozumel und zum ADO Busbahnhof. Im Blick auf die Terrasse ist der 18-Loch Playacar Golf Club von Robert von Hagge.

Der Poolbereich genau wie beschrieben - das war für uns perfekt und sehr sauber, täglich gepflegt. Die Zimmerreinigung war auch sehr gut - sehr schnell und freundlich. Es gibt nichts, was wir sagen können, außer wir eine wunderbare Familie Urlaub hatte - genau das, was wir gesucht haben - gerade zu sitzen, entspannen und genießen jede andere Firma, ist Standort gut sehr einfachen Zugang und schien sicheren Bereich zu sein - zu Fuß zum Strand und Hauptstraße. Wieder war es fantastisch und wir werden auf jeden Fall zu Casa Passalacqua zurückkehren - hoffentlich in naher Zukunft. Danke --- Belinda Santos

The best stay ever!

The pictures on VRBO did not do this house justice! We had a great time at the house. It’s a great location near 5th avenue (8-10 minute walk) and the beach (3-5min walk). The pool was so welcoming with the heat. The pool is not heated but it did not matter. The views were spectacular. Bruno was wonderful and always available to help us with anything we needed. If we come again, we will definitely stay again. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you Bruno and Passalacqua family for having us. Muy fabuloso!

Our week at Casa Passalacqua

The house provided perfect accommodation for 2 couples, one single adult and three grandchildren aged 12 to 17.all with their appropriate privacy and bathrooms. There is comfortable seating everywhere. The location is ideal and private. There was some construction noise during the day as workers were finishing a new condo building behind, The property manager, Bruno, was excellent as he responded quickly to any issues that arose and was very helpful in connecting us with transportation for the family on tourist outings and getting us to and from the airport. He also recommended the service of Laura, a local woman, who we engaged to provide a complete Mexican dinner at the house. It was the best authentic meal we had and we would have hired her again that week if we hadn't left it to the end of our holiday.The only problem we encountered was that many of us had cold showers until we eventually learned that you had to wait almost 2 minutes for the hot water to reach the upper floor rooms. The beach was closer than we anticipated which made early morning beach walks easy. The definite highlight of the house was the pool on the 3rd floor terrace in which we all spent many hours at various times of the days and evenings. We had a great time at Casa Passalacqua. R. Family Christmas Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at Casa Passalacqua. Very comfortable house, with bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Bruno, the property manager, was extremely helpful, from booking our transfers from and to the airport, recommending a chef for a beautiful family dinner together. greeting us upon arrival and answering all our questions. The beach was just a short walk away, maybe 2 blocks, and we loved the beach. Walking to the shops and restaurants was also just a short walk. Thank you, Eleanora, for a great trip!

Beautiful Home!

We really enjoyed this house. It is beautiful and spacious. The pool is small - more jacuzzi and less pool like. Short walk to the city central and far away enough that it wasn’t loud. There is a security check point before coming into the community so we felt very safe. The beach was just down the road!We had young kids with us so we didn’t spend much time on the upstairs deck but there is a grill there.The house manager is super responsive when we had questions! (I would recommend updating the binder that had all the info since it was outdated.) Otherwise, we loved our week there!

Perfect Place For a Family Getaway!

Our family enjoyed a week at this property for Spring Break. We are a group of 3 couples and one baby. The home is spacious and was more than roomy enough for all of us. The baby even enjoyed her own room which was situated across the hall from her parents bedroom. There is a large top deck with lounge chairs, a comfy seating area, and a table with chairs that really isn’t obvious from the pictures in the listing. On that top deck there is a grill as well, which we used a couple of times to grill burgers while looking out on the ocean. The jacuzzi was a great place to relax after sunning on the beach. The jacuzzi is not heated, but that was ok because it provided a cool retreat after a day in the sun. Elenora was quick to respond to all of our questions when booking and her property manager, Bruno, took great care of us when we arrived. He was very quick to respond to all of our texts and went out of his way to provide a high chair and Pack N Play crib for the baby. Bruno also made sure we had plenty of drinking water, which arrived at the front door like magic! The beds were very comfortable and all of the bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom with exception to the bedroom on the main floor. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. The closest access to the beach is a short walk away, and maybe a 10 min walk to the 5th ave shopping/ferry area. If we have the chance to visit Playa del Carmen again we would not hesitate to stay at Casa Passalacqua! Perfecto!

Amazing Property with excellent communication

The property was perfect for our family of five and two friends. Bathrooms with four of the bedrooms, and an additional bathroom next to the downstairs bedroom made life much more enjoyable for showering etc. Everyone had their own space. Every rooms has fans and AC that works perfectly. Bruno the property manager has excellent communication,great tips on who to use for excursions, and helps immediately with any issue that arises. The top floor outside is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. The pool level is also nice for hanging out and enjoying the outdoors. The pool is small for a large group but perfect for a few people to hang out in at a time. We loved how close the property is to town. Every day we walked to the edge of fifth street in less than five minutes. The location is excellent! This isn't a high dollar luxury home, it is still a home in Mexico, which we loved. The laundry facility is outside and around the side of the house and down some stairs. We are used to taking our laundry to the laundry place, so for us, this was nice to be able to do our own laundry, but it took me a couple of days to acclimate to having to go outside at all our hours of the day to flip flop laundry. At the end of the two weeks, I didn't think twice about it. You can see the ocean from the top level, which is wonderful. The beach is a two minute or less walk through the neighborhood to a gorgeous spot to be in the water. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very close to the beach in a community with security. We made use of private chef services and drivers to take us to and from the airport as well as around the area to shop and socialize. This house was everything that was listed. It was walking distance to the beach and 5th ave. The house was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. We loved the pool for late night talk sessions. The house manager Bruno was amazing. He answered all our questions and made sure we got what we needed. If you don't want to walk there are taxi's at the guard station. We loved it here and plan to return.

It was in a great location, close to the beach and a shopping plaza. Any time I called the managers they were able to quickly answer any questions I had or help us out. Casa Pasalacqua in Playa

Casa Pasalacqua surely was an amazing experience while in Play del Carmen. We were a family of 12 and we fit comfortably. The house was amazing due to the location to the beach and la Quinta Avenida. We were able to walk or catch a taxi all around the city. Carlos the property manager was readily available to provide anything we needed. The teens loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. We met a wonderful man named William who booked all of our excursions. We were able to call him anytime and he helped us tremendously. The excursions were out of this world! We will definitely plan another trip to Playa. A big thank you to Eleanora, your house was amazing and to Carlos who was on call 24/7 to give us anything we needed. Your hospitality was much appreciated!

Wonderful Time In Playa Del Carmen

We were in Playa Del Carmen to celebrate my Birthday with all of my Girlfriend's Family. The house could not have been better to accommodate all 10 of us. It was great to have five bedrooms where everyone felt well taken care of. The property Manager Carlos took great care of us and helped recommend two wonderful cooks that made breakfast for us every morning and a couple of Dinners. The service was exceptional. The location is minutes from town by foot or by car. I would recommend this wonderful property to anyone going to Playa Del Carmen. We had a wonderful vacation!

Trip cut short

We wanted to like this property, and we did (for the most part). House itself is great: location, easy check-in and out, towels, laundry, ocean view from the rooftop, 2 minute walk to the water. However, the host failed to disclose that there is a EXTREMELY LOAUD CONSTRUCTION that goes on from 7 am to 6 pm every day, including the weekends. There is an apartment building going up few meters behind this house and the NOISE is just unbearable. It is directly outside the windows. Needless to say we did not sleep well at all. We had to move to another place after a couple pf days. Please disclose this issue to your future renters. Other than ongoing construction noise, the house is great!

Great for families

The house is set up well for a large family. Ideal location: walk to the beach in one minute, into town in five minutes. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and secure, even with Quinta Avenida so nearby. The pool and rooftop view are great. Good communication all the way along, flexible and helpful owner and accessible manager who checked in on us. It’s hard to think of a better base for a vacation in the area.

Amazing Location

I brought my family To Playa Del Carmen over Christmas break. They were ten of us all together and we fit perfectly and comfortably in this house. I’ve got to say the best part of our vacation was being so close to a beautiful beach and fifth Avenue. The house itself was very large and comfortable with bathrooms for each bedroom. wi-Fi worked well and Carlos the property manager helped us with anything we needed. The rooftop space was a great place to watch the sunset and enjoy a cocktail. The small pool was nice looking but we never got in it. The water was cool and it seemed to need chlorine. It didn’t matter because we swam in the ocean mostly. I feel that the linens need to be replaced with new ones as they were starting to look pretty old. The couch could be updated as it has lots of wear. Overall it was a really nice time and a good place to stay with a large family. With a little bit of updating it would be the perfect place.

Great location. Exactly as described!

This house is truly everything! Short walk to the beach (one block), shopping right outside the gated neighborhood. Property owner was waiting for us upon our arrival and gave us a tour. Quinta avenida only a short drive. I just wished the jacuzzi was heated. Great house!
